Crews, the Beautiful in Blue is larger, vase itself is larger, design features more roses and lilies. please call us as we cannot call you from our number. We are sending you another image of the arrangement.

Vickie, I am sorry that you were disappointed. Our designer substituted large orange roses for the smaller spray roses - using the same color, the greenery was changed however the overall look and colors of the design stayed the same. We have no problem in replacing the design for you.

Ann, we utilize a recipe for our designs. your item calls for 6 white roses and 5 star of Bethlehem - our designer did not guild the greenery with gold. we are correcting that issue and will resend the image to you.

The agent made this arrangement seem larger than it really was. It is a pretty arrangement but not worth the price I paid. I wish I had given a donation to the charity of the family's choice.

Lisa, your sympathy tribute design was 30" tall, comprised of beautiful pacific delphinium, roses, gerbera daisies, oriental lilies. Rating a 2 when you ordered at 12:34pm and visitation started at 2pm with us delivering by 2:01 seems really unfair.

I ordered 3 yellow roses to be placed in the coffin of my daughters future father in law. It was in a vase placed in front of coffin which made it look cheap as it was so small. I never received photo of order that was shipped to the Pividal home the same

However, as I explained while taking the order, that we could not guarantee that would happen. If our driver was there and the casket was open, they would be placed inside. If our driver had seen someone, they were instructed to let a Church member know. I'm sorry that your wishes were not followed once it was delivered to the Church.

I would have liked for this arrangement to look more like the picture online. It seems to be missing two varieties of flowers and the colors are different. But mainly there is way too much filler in the front for an $80 bouquet.

You should still call your Mother tomorrow.

In the picture and another arrangement that I have seen in person, miniature roses were used. I think considering the size of the container, it looks disproportionate. The advertised picture is much more attractive. I am somewhat disappointed.

Should you choose to shop online for your next floral order, please be aware that the "online florists" are usually individuals at a call center and are not true florists. They offer prices on items that most reputable florists cannot recreate and then charge you $15-$20 just to take the order, none of which the florist making your gift ever sees.
