Well I always order my Aunt's flowers from you and I always love the arrangements you make for her. But this one looks kinda weepy and sad. But I'll wait and see what my Aunt Martha says about it. I'm hoping it looks better than the picture.

I was disappointed because the card was not with the flowers. Our friends did not know they were from us until a day later when I finally asked if they saw them. I had to send a picture to identify them. Very upsetting! The flowers themselves were lovely!

This arrangement was wonderful. The spray for the casket was disappointing. The pink roses looked old. We did report the flowers and the sales lady said it was the rosé variety. Still disappointed.

That is correct, the variety of pink roses that were used are premium garden roses which open up very widely early in their bloom cycle to make a nice display for the service.

It's ok but based on your photos on the website this is very different and I would have never picked it. I expected more for $100 arrangement it only has a very few flowers mostly greenery. But oh well! Thank you for sending a picture.

It doesn't match the photo as the definition of an Artisan's Choice is exactly that, our designers choose the flowers for you. The design style of "garden" is the look and feel, not to be identical to the image online which is an example. "Our talented designers will create a one-of-a-kind arrangement with the freshest flowers available." A garden style is meant to be loose and airy like it is growing in the garden, hence why it is not packed tight with florals. That would be a traditional style, tight and compact. At $100 your order is filled to value. Next time if you are looking for something specific I would warn against a designer's choice as that will always be different since we are giving our designers artistic freedom.

You did get one of our premium orchids in a premium pot. The pot itself is $30 and the upgraded vines add $10, the orchid itself was only $60. Hope this helps!

Since this is a pickup we'd like you to reserve judgement until you see it in person. I can promise you this was made about 5 minutes ago with all fresh flowers, so there is no possible way that anything is wilted. Some flowers may have a draping shape, but that does not equate to old/wilted.

I feel it was unprofessional not to receive a call or email regarding the color change of flowers in my order I understand things happen & i love George's i just wish i would've known so i could've picked out different flowers.

The arrangement looked great when it first arrived on Sunday. However, by Tuesday, the petals were falling off the sunflowers and there was white mold on them.

Had you called us on Tuesday we could have manually sent the photo to you as we had no way of knowing you did not receive it. Did you get this photo via email? That is always a good backup if the text message fails. For future reference, the photos are not for delivery approval. Rather, they are a courtesy so you can see what was sent. I'm sorry for the confusion. Please call us back if you have any further questions or concerns.

Beautiful work. My only disappointment was the bouquet was much larger than I wanted. I wanted a small to medium, and it wasn't fragrant like I had requested fragrant flowers. Like peonies, or lilac. They did fix the extra greenery removal.

In speaking with our designer, it sounds like there were discussions about lilac being out of season and peonies not being available in the color you were requesting. They did use stock and sweet water roses which are quite fragrant and available in those shades of purple. As for the size, it was a 10" diameter bouquet, which we consider a medium size as was discussed in your free consult. Hope that helps clear up some of our reasoning in our designer's decisions!

Beautiful selection of flowers. But shorter life span than expected. Picked these up Saturday and by Tuesday some are starting to die out. I'm adding water everyday.
