I asked for a seasonal display. Is this a winter arrangement? It looks pretty. I thought I'd get red and white flowers- holly leaves- red berries.

Nice but would have liked for the cross not to be covered by the plants or laid back so much

While the casket spray prepared for my Mom was beautiful, my sister and I were disappointed as several of our specific requests appeared not to have been followed. It was not “light and airy” as we had requested. We also had requested that the many pink roses be mostly in the bud to slightly open stage, but they were fully open as were the ones requested for the pall bearers. We also requested mostly pastel colors but there were several deep colored flowers in the arrangement. The blue hydrangeas that we requested were beautiful but did not “pop” as we had hoped, as they were somewhat covered up by the other flowers. When the pre delivery picture was texted to me (and I forwarded it to my sister), she called you regarding the arrangement not reflecting what we had discussed. You were able to make some additions and substitutions to make the arrangement more to our liking, but overall we were disappointed that it seemed that many of our requests were not honored. Your staff was very pleasant and easy to work with and my Knoxville sister has often ordered flowers from you for our mother who lived in a Roanoke assisted living facility. She has always been very pleased with your arrangements in the past.

I loved the puppy! However, I would have preferred brighter colored flowers for the rest of the arrangement!! The purple was too dark!!

It appears to be a little sparse for $150. Other than that looks OK thank you

It looks a little naked. Can you please add a bow before it gets delivered?

This is okay, but not what I expected for $137. It was supposed to be bright and cheerful with colorful flowers, where are the colors?

I requested at least 3 hydrangeas- the color is fine - also I don't like the 3 tan large pieces behind or in back I expected greenery behind the birds - please take those out -

The arrangement was lovely; however, it lacked pink flowers. We were celebrating the one year anniversary of the recipient being cancer free. Therefore, we requested a mostly pink arrangement and it was more white than pink. Thank you for asking for customer feedback.

Thank you for the photo, I do appreciate it. I ordered iris, pink and yellow tulips plus a few other flowers. This is beautiful but not what I envisioned. I would have liked more of her favorites.

Pretty, but not as large or as full of flowers as promised. When I called I was told prices had gone up recently due to Mother's Day. First time I have ever been disappointed by George's.

The picture on the website showed some roses. I did not see any roses in this picture. They were what Janel loved and that's why I chose this particular one. So disappointed in that aspect.

It was supposed to be modern and edgy? This is traditional and country?

Hummmm…seems like substituted more than discussed…don't feel it's at price point I paid. My nephew (who these are going to is an ongoing repeat customer so chose your services.) not gonna lie..disappointed for price paid.
