Is this the oval/long arrangement? That is what we ordered, but what arrived is round. Arrangement is nice but not what we believe we ordered.

If you wanted lighter/white accents it is important to note that in the special instructions box to let our designers know about the specification. Also next time when you receive the photo of the arrangement, give us a call at the shop and we can quickly make that change for you before it goes out for delivery. If your recipient is dissatisfied with the color combination, they are more than welcome to bring the arrangement by the shop and we can update it. Since at this point it has already been completed and delivered!

The flowers were beautifully arranged, but was disappointed in the amount of flowers present for the price I paid.. I enjoyed getting a photo, but arrangement was less pleasing once I saw it in person.

Hi Angie, We did look at photos together online when ordering and this does look nearly identical to the one you saw and ordered from. In the future you may consider upgrading for a more full design. I did mention that the blue flowers eat up quite a bit of budget in a design like this. However, it still was made to the recipe as seen in the product photo online that you saw.

It is hard to tell the sizing by the photo. The Pawsome Puppy is placed in an 8" diameter container with a variety of flowers making the arrangement around 17" x 17" and filled to value.

It is a very nice arrangement, love the calla lily's. Very disappointing there weren't any Star gazer lily's....I specifically ask for that ....

I placed my order late, so was charged $150 for the flowers…fine. The picture I ordered from showed it w baby's breath and it had none. So, not wonderful honestly.

Flowers are beautiful. Service was terrible! Flowers arrived at 6:30 pm. That was totally unexpected and undesirable. Hopefully, this will improve next year!

Hi Tom, On our biggest holiday of the year it is not uncommon for our deliveries to run until later in the day. Perhaps next time if you need your flowers by a certain time we can arrange a timed delivery for you.

For the future, if you would like it at a specific time, please indicate so on the order so that we can accommodate. For Valentine's Day specifically we had over 430 orders and 6 contract drivers not show up, we were delivering that day until 8:00pm.

Yes, as we discussed, this is a medium sized arrangement ($80-$110 is medium size price range). We also discussed that the lack of carnations would mean less size for you as we had less to fill in since we used almost entirely premium priced flowers.

Well I always order my Aunt's flowers from you and I always love the arrangements you make for her. But this one looks kinda weepy and sad. But I'll wait and see what my Aunt Martha says about it. I'm hoping it looks better than the picture.

I was disappointed because the card was not with the flowers. Our friends did not know they were from us until a day later when I finally asked if they saw them. I had to send a picture to identify them. Very upsetting! The flowers themselves were lovely!

This arrangement was wonderful. The spray for the casket was disappointing. The pink roses looked old. We did report the flowers and the sales lady said it was the rosé variety. Still disappointed.

That is correct, the variety of pink roses that were used are premium garden roses which open up very widely early in their bloom cycle to make a nice display for the service.

It's ok but based on your photos on the website this is very different and I would have never picked it. I expected more for $100 arrangement it only has a very few flowers mostly greenery. But oh well! Thank you for sending a picture.
