The arrangement was lovely; however, it lacked pink flowers. We were celebrating the one year anniversary of the recipient being cancer free. Therefore, we requested a mostly pink arrangement and it was more white than pink. Thank you for asking for customer feedback.

Thank you for the photo, I do appreciate it. I ordered iris, pink and yellow tulips plus a few other flowers. This is beautiful but not what I envisioned. I would have liked more of her favorites.

Pretty, but not as large or as full of flowers as promised. When I called I was told prices had gone up recently due to Mother's Day. First time I have ever been disappointed by George's.

The arrangement sent over was filled to value with the flowers that were available. Some of the flowers in this picture are not open yet, so over time it will look fuller. This also means our designer gave you the freshest flowers we had to make sure the arrangement would last a long time.

The picture on the website showed some roses. I did not see any roses in this picture. They were what Janel loved and that's why I chose this particular one. So disappointed in that aspect.

Peace lilies bloom off and on all year round. There is never any guarantee that our lilies will have blooms at time of purchase. We are at the mercy of nature. They cannot be forced to bloom for you.

Next time you order, feel free to give us a call when you get the photo if you would like us to switch it out for something else. Hummmm…seems like substituted more than discussed…don't feel it's at price point I paid. My nephew (who these are going to is an ongoing repeat customer so chose your services.) not gonna lie..disappointed for price paid.

Is this the oval/long arrangement? That is what we ordered, but what arrived is round. Arrangement is nice but not what we believe we ordered.

If you wanted lighter/white accents it is important to note that in the special instructions box to let our designers know about the specification. Also next time when you receive the photo of the arrangement, give us a call at the shop and we can quickly make that change for you before it goes out for delivery. If your recipient is dissatisfied with the color combination, they are more than welcome to bring the arrangement by the shop and we can update it. Since at this point it has already been completed and delivered!

The flowers were beautifully arranged, but was disappointed in the amount of flowers present for the price I paid.. I enjoyed getting a photo, but arrangement was less pleasing once I saw it in person.

I did mention that the blue flowers eat up quite a bit of budget in a design like this. However, it still was made to the recipe as seen in the product photo online that you saw.

It is hard to tell the sizing by the photo. The Pawsome Puppy is placed in an 8" diameter container with a variety of flowers making the arrangement around 17" x 17" and filled to value.

I placed my order late, so was charged $150 for the flowers…fine. The picture I ordered from showed it w baby's breath and it had none. So, not wonderful honestly.

Flowers are beautiful. Service was terrible! Flowers arrived at 6:30 pm. That was totally unexpected and undesirable. Hopefully, this will improve next year!

Hi Tom, On our biggest holiday of the year it is not uncommon for our deliveries to run until later in the day. Perhaps next time if you need your flowers by a certain time we can arrange a timed delivery for you.
