Although the arrangement is nice its not what was advertised as Santa sliegh ride. It lacks less than half amount of flowers. Im half way around the world in a war zone. It would be nice to get whats advertized. Whew

The arrangement is not as full as the one pictured on your website. I think it is pretty, but not exactly what I was hoping for. Maybe adding a few more carnations would fill it out.

Ms. Hughes, I am sorry to see that you felt the poinsettia was small for the price. I can assure you that the plant was approximately 24" tall x 24" wide and simply loaded with the gorgeous Christmas red blooms.

Seriously? Sure hope it looks better in person. Not the same look or feel of the Fresh Country Bouquet as pictured online. Not sure what the $15 upgrade provided. Fingers crossed she likes it.

We're sorry that you don't care for the picture of your floral gift. The only substitution that was made was the designed used purple Matsumoto asters because we were sold out of lavender. The arrangement that was sent was also an all around arrangement and not just front facing.

We typically do 150 -175 price range. The delivery date mix up was simply 2 customers ordering for the same Sunday. We called church when we realized 2 orders were placed for same date.

Flowers are pretty, wished the ribbon had been solid green and gold to look more like school colors as I requested; placed order around 9:30 am, flowers delivered at 2:27 pm, was hoping for earlier delivery, especially since delivery charge is pretty high

Your floral gift is approximately 26" tall x 20" wide, and containers, hydrangea, lilies, roses, mini calla lilies and peonies. The premium vase is a good 3" taller than the standard vase. I'm curious as to if there were 12 roses included in the bouquet--from the photo I can only count 9. Also, the finished product has much more greenery than the online photo. For the amount I spent on these, I'm not sure I would order again.

Ms. Moody, the reason you only count 9 roses is because this is a one-dimensional picture and therefore you cannot see the back of the arrangement with the other 3 roses. I can also assure that your arrangement was to value.

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the Geranium. Our geraniums were grown locally in a green house in Vinton, VA. not trucked in from some out of state mega greenhouse operation. Yes you could have purchased a geranium plant at Lowes or any other big box store for less. However Lowes does not deliver to local funeral homes or make hand crafted bows or include your personal card message to the family. At George's Flowers we are selling a service as well as a product.
