Questioning if the photo of this plant and basket is as large as what I Ordered? The basket color is different, and the size appears somewhat smaller too. Is this because I used my points with the purchase?

I wish the center cala lily was a bit shorter. It lacks the same proportions as the online photo that gave it the symbolism of pointing toward heaven. May sound silly to you but thats what I liked about the arrangement I selected.

Roses are completely different color than what was pictured when ordering. Ones on website were a much much lighter shade of pink

First time I have purchased an arrangement from you all that began to wilt/die 1 day after it was delivered. Very unusual because I have used you all of my flower needs in the Roanoke area. The only way I found out, because I live out of state, was my family informed me.

Lovely arrangement, my wife was very happy with the flowers. We both agreed it was a rather small for $125. I also was disappointed with the additional charge, which I declined, for delivery at a specific time (my request was before noon). I may reconsider using George's in the future.

It was explained that an all blue arrangement at that price would not be very large, as all blue flowers are premium flowers. Your arrangement cost was $100. While you did not pay a rush fee, it is worth noting that this arrangement was delivered at 10:45am. We gather rush fees as a way to guarantee your spot in line for delivery as we have an average of 60 deliveries all over the valley every day. Without the fee your time request is never guaranteed, but we always make an effort to deliver things as efficiently as possible.

I'm sick and didn't get to see them. Heather did and said it was not what it should have been . It was too small and the huge palm leaves overtook the solid pink. If you look on the website picture, it does look different.

Our arrangements are hand made, so sometimes they look a little different, but that is the nature of anything hand made. No two are exactly alike. Maybe I misunderstood but it was advertised as 6 long stem pink roses. I thought they would be solid pink, not variated in color, if that is the word.

There are hundreds of shades of pink roses and we don't always get the same variety in. When you order flowers there will always be slight variations as these are plants that grow in nature. We don't dye or paint them for uniformity.

While this is a lovely arrangement, compared to the picture of the Alter Tribute on your Website, this isn't nearly as bright or tightly packed with open florals. This looks closer to the classic arrangement, although still more sparse than the classic arrangement, than it does the Deluxe.

I was not very thrilled when I saw the "Christmas " arrangement with no glitter etc. I would have included a small wrapped gift or ornament would have given it some pizzazz!
