Only one was delivered not the 3 shown and described in the original product details. A plain ivy plant was included. Not worth the money at all.

Did not see flowers ordered at the Wake nor Funeral, were they delivered to correct Funeral Director?? Tree Of Life funeral directors, 1051 S Handley Dr.

I'm quite let down by these flowers. I spent a significant amount on what essentially amounts to 27 roses. Given that it's a sympathy spray, there isn't enough time for the flowers to bloom. Among all the flowers in the room, this spray was the least impressive.

This was suppose to be for a 6 year old little boy. I asked for any kind of boy themed arrangement. I asked that it be any kind of action figure, or cars, trucks, etc. This looks like a generic Walmart arrangement for $30. So disappointed.

This was suppose to be for a 6 year old child with fun, girlie things. I said any theme would do- Barbie, Unicorn or any child-themed. This looks to be very generic and Walmart assembly line. Vey disappointed.

Very disappointed! The website picture showed a basket with a handle, which is why I purchased it for my Mother's 94th birthday. She will have a very hard time picking up a basket without it. This does not bode well. I've been using Boswell for 35 years, and this very disappointing. Thanks for your time.

Not attractive at all. I had requested purple and white gladiolas within greenery shaped like a titled photo provided. Instead, it looked like leftovers with ugly maroon lillies and red carnations. I would never recommend this florist. This was an eye sore.

Was not what I wanted. I asked about the “not in stock” disclaimer before putting the order through and I was told with this much advance ordering he would make sure what I asked for would be readily available to delivered. obviously, this was not true although my daughter-in-law enjoyed what she received I was quite disappointed. by me, living in Illinois and you delivering in Fort Worth is not doable for me.

Very disappointed 😔 I ordered $99 for pink, white and red carnations, they said they could do it and called at the last minute to tell me they couldn't and sent this plant instead 😠This was for my sisters memorial service and I was charged way too much for a plant!!! The only good thing was they actually got it there for the service but it looked terrible next to all the flowers that my sister loved so much 😞

That is not the correct address. That house is wrong. She said she has not gotten the flowers. The brick is the wrong color.

Not very pleased for the price. The flowers do not look as good nor full as the picture. Not to mention I don't see the add on ribbon I requested. Very dissatisfied.

Sorry but the excepted was not satisfied gor as much as they charged they were very poorly and also did not actually leave them with the person it was going too..

Very disappointed! Not nearly as pretty as the picture on the website. Flowers are a cheap substitute for what I paid for. I feel duped by "understanding" your "inventory problem". But appreciate seeing what I sent so I know to apologize for my poor selection of florists.

Was disappointed -it was for an infant funeral and expected it to be pale pink roses -I asked for minimal greenery -a dozen roses and lots of babies breath -

I was totally embarrassed. I told the girl that I wanted gladiolus or something to make it bigger. I was so mad.. it costed me over $100. I was so disappointed!!!!! It looks like a $30 arrangement.

I paid for at least two dozen roses that I counted in the online pic. This is literally less than half of what I ordered!!! Ridiculous

This is horrible! It is not like the Garden of Memories picture on your site that I paid $169 for. If this has been delivered you need to go pick it up and add the flowers I paid for.

I do not love this arrangement. The delivery was botched this morning wrong day, wrong arrangement was sent, delivery guy came and picked it up… I realize this is a pic but this doesn't look like $99 bouquet. I ordered from Gordon Boswell because of your reputation. Not again.
