I paid for at least two dozen roses that I counted in the online pic. This is literally less than half of what I ordered!!! Ridiculous

This is horrible! It is not like the Garden of Memories picture on your site that I paid $169 for. If this has been delivered you need to go pick it up and add the flowers I paid for.

I do not love this arrangement. The delivery was botched this morning wrong day, wrong arrangement was sent, delivery guy came and picked it up… I realize this is a pic but this doesn't look like $99 bouquet. I ordered from Gordon Boswell because of your reputation. Not again.

unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this flower arrangement It was very deceiving the picture that was online had three times as many carnations I will not be using Boswell flowers ever again.

Sadly very disappointed ! Not what I understood that I ordered -an easel spray with white carnations and red and yellow ribbon for our sorority -this looks like a grocery store bunch in a vase

This is for a baby boy???? NO WAY!!! Saw o n line a baby boy arrangement in a unicorn vase--perfect--and---it was $30 cheaper. The person who took my order never offered a less expensive arrangement! Truly didappointed!!

Really not impressed at the stature of those sunflowers.. I'm sure if y'all attach notes you read them before sending - this was a very serious apology gift and what was made looks like a $40 arrangement i could pick up at lowes. $105 when its the highlight arrangement is extremely disappointing. Hope y'all make this right before sending it out

The roses look sad. The gentleman who took my order was less than pleased to have my business. Very unfriendly and just not a good experience at all.

It didn't resemble the picture of the bouquet we selected. We expected some variation but not an entirely different bouquet.

I received this bouquet as a birthday gift from my Mom who is currently overseas. I'm disappointed at the arrangement bc it arrived looking dry and some of the flowers already wilted. It was not as pictured here and I'm requesting a refund for this. The carnations all fell off and the small roses were all dry. We took it inside as soon as received it. I know I put limits on this order since the recipient is very very allergic but I do not like the arrangement. Since I have been a customer forever I do not plan on changing that. Just passing along my 2 cents.

I ordered green plants in a basket one plant that had blooms in it. The blooms on this arrangement are not even opened much less green plants. I am not only extremely disappointed I am hurt

I placed an order and received something not even remotely close to what it looked like online. I would not trust what they say it looks like because you will be VERY disappointed with what it comes out looking like. It's not fair or right to falsely advertise because unfortunately I'm not able to come in and select the flowers myself so I depend on honesty and trust when it comes to wanting to send your loved ones something special, not something that looks cheap and sloppy.
