At first I was so grateful, but the more I look at it the more I realize this is nothing like what I ordered. I get that sometimes you have to replace some items but we paid a bit of money for this and I could've spent less than half that and made it myself. Disappointed. I tried to do a good review at first, but honestly this isn't worthy of your normal rating. It's sympathy flowers for a funeral, and I just hope the recipient feels better about what they get. This person deserved 5 star quality. There were 7 roses in the sales picture. And it's like y'all tried to do the hanging down bit in the advertisement and it's just awkward. May not come back.

Doesn't look like we expected!! Nowhere near the amount of flowers shown on the website. Please refer to that picture. Needless to say our staff is disappointed. We collected and spent quite a bit of money!

That looks like a ton of greenery and not many quality flowers to be honest. It needs more roses. It was over 100 and this looks like a bouquet from sams club.

No they wilted after one day and I called your store. The person I spoke with said he would send me a link so I could take a picture to show how they look. Rose started to turn dark around edges and the entire pit sagged. He never sent me a link either. I'm very disappointed these were $200 of very disappointing flowers and service.

Where are the rest of the roses? There are four in the picture online which is why I did not mind paying so much. But in this picture there is only one. I did not pay that much for a bunch of cheap white daises! Very disappointed.

The vase actually has 4 roses. The design is an all round so some are on the other side.

I have to say I am really disappointed. If you will go to your website, you will see the picture of the Precious Pink Bear that I ordered and paid $60 to have delivered to my granddaughter in the hospital. This is not the pictured version that I believed I ordered. There was nothing on the page that indicated I would have to pay more to have what was in the picture. I was really excited about sending her the PPB I saw in the picture.

The photo was not what I ordered. I was shown a different picture than what you sent. Looks cheap. The picture was purple like flowers with the plant and much fuller. Spoke with the person that sent it. She was kind and trying to please. Thank you for that. Highly disappointed!!!!!

Horrible. There is no pink! There is no ribbon around the vase? This is for my anniversAry for crying out loud!!! Why can you not get this right? I'm paying 200 dollars for something I can get at Walmart? I expect you to make this right. I expect a call from the manager on Monday!! Totally unacceptable. On the website, it said that my bouquet may not have every single flower as shown on the picture. I was fine with the replacements, but this is completely different than what I ordered. I thought it would at least look remotely similar.
