I wish I could give them no stars. The roses was dead and wilted and the flowers that dangling from the bottom were wilted also. I contacted them about it and I was told those flower are suppose to look like that, but the one at the top didn't. The Lilies never opened up just the one that showing in the picture. I was so embarrassed when I saw what I had sent to someone so special in my life. If you can go look at the flower on their website it looks nothing like this well maybe the color and the leaves. I order a lot of arrangements and never have I been so disappointed.

These look nothing like the photo from you web site - no red was supposed to be in this - it was supposed to look soft and elegant- I am VERY disappointed

Terrible service this wasn't silk and stepping stone was supposed to be larger. It was supposed to have a ribbon on it for our precious baby boy that said Forever in Our Hearts love Mama & Papa Called and manager Virginia was supposed to call back never happened. Just a heads up make sure your not talking to there answering service that have no ideal what they have. Awful Service

can you put some dark blue flowers in it. Very disappointed when flowers were real and not silk like I ordered. Called and. they told me I spoke to there answering service. Virginia the manager was supposed to call me back never happened. Very disappointed

I was expecting pink flowers, pink vase and an assortment of other flowers and greenery. Last year the arrangement was perfect.

I am disappointed in the arrangement. I asked for the seaside rose bouquet and to add some color but asked for no baby's breath, no fern, no carnations, no orange. We discussed yellow rose, lavenders or pink… Please contact me at 310-884-5763.

I realize that I agreed that my order would be altered but to spend (basically $72) on a simple green plant with no blooms at all; not even one(which was what I ordered)is ridiculous! Extremely disappointed & will not do business with you again.

The flowers were nice but some of the Lillys were already wilting. They arrived over 3 hours late.

This arrangement looks far smaller than the picture on the website would indicate. Additionally there looks to be far less roses than the picture on the website. Incredibly disappointed given this arrangement was almost $300. Will not be using Gordon Boswell ever again.

Too much orange and green can you replace with some agua, purple, blue and pink. Peach colored roses work, just want it softer, cooler.

This is a bridal bouquet. It looks black. And what the hell is the single purple Calla Lily doing in the arrangement. It doesn't match anything!! I was expecting more delphinium.

This is about half of what was pictured. It barely resembles the picture of what was offered. I understand season and flowers not being available but this doesn't even feel like an appropriate attempt to substitute.

This is sort of disappointing. I live in Nevada and my sister inlaw is in Texas, in the hospital. I was hoping to cheer her up with flowers, but this looks nothing like what was pictured. There so much extra leaf filler 😕
