Was not pleased. The picture online showed open gladiolas. I was in a pinch because the funeral was that day. I called to express that the gladiolas were closed so I'm paying for stems no flowers. I was offered bells of Ireland which would be more greenery, in an already flower sparse arrangement . The woman said the gladiolas come that way sometimes and I replied then you need to let the Customer know that you do not have opened glads when they order. I know all flowers come that way, in buds and have to open. I called beforehand to ensure they could do that arrangement and was told yes. I feel it is equivalent to selling a customer a dozen roses and delivering rose buds and saying, sorry they come that way sometimes, then offering to replace with daisies for the same price.

I'm disappointed. This arrangement does not seem to flow. Sadly, it just seems to have colors and flowers put together without any pizzaz.

Not what I wanted. It was suppose to be 3hydrainias and pastel flowers

This vase does not look like the pic i ordered from and the flowers.look.sparse for 100 plus dollars

Is this the final look? No ribbon of any sort?It's looks plain and sad. Not at all what I envisioned.

No. I asked for them in a box. It's hard to present flowers in a vase at the foot of the stage at graduation

The arrangement is much smaller than the “Sweet Pea” arrangement listed on your website for $134.41.

We ordered a balloon with the flowers and only the flowers were delivered… no balloon. :(

Are they going on the yellow vase in the picture on the website also?

Unfortunately the card said “our condolences” when it should've said “my condolences” and my name was left off the card so my friend had to ask if they were from me. I'm also disappointed in the flower selection in the arrangement - there were a lot of greenery, even what appeared to be a green rose, and not enough actual flowers. The ones I saw on your website had more flowers and cost less.

I asked for specific sorority colors. C'mon, surely I am not the only customer sending congratulatory flowers to a new sorority pledge?? It appears my special instructions were completely ignored… Love getting the pic but in this case it just breeds disappointment.

I'm so sad to say I am disappointed. While I am aware that a particular flower may not be available as pictured in your website, I do expect the arrangement to accurately mimic the fullness and amount of quality floral material. Flowers. Not filler ferns. The $150 arrangement I ordered had 2 different roses, hydrangea, plus the goldenrod and lily with greenery. Again, I understand things aren't always available but I don't see that there was a substitution of material, only an omission. For the price, I'm disappointed.

What was delivered does not appear as bright or as full as what was pictured. Disappointed for the price that was paid.

The orange lilies were out of stock, which is not a problem so we decided to put yellow lilies in there. I asked that there be more orange than yellow. The problem with this arrangement is The yellow lilies are not even evenly distributed. Why would you only put three lilies on one side not very satisfied.

Where are the white daises as pictured on web sight. All Things bright also a different vase.

Although the arrangement is pretty, it is nowhere close to what we ordered for $189. Many flowers and definite height missing. Paid way too much for what was received.

It's not as full and doesn't have all of the flowers that the online picture has. Disappointing

There are literally like half the flowers on this compared to the one online. Im disappointed!

Somewhat disappointed. I asked for spring flowers such as iris, tulips. This looks like carnations, and daisies mostly which are less expensive flowers and you can get them any time of year. Also has a lot of filler. Was expecting more for $80. And I am not typically difficult to please.

No I will not use you again. The flower picture on line is not what was delivered. Called and spoke to someone and I was not told the truth

It's difficult to judge in a picture, but this looks like a lot of green and not very many flowers for $200. When I mentioned bright and cheery, I was picturing like pinks, purples, yellow, bright flowers. Not mostly green. This does not look bright and cheery to me.
