The arrangement looks nice. The driver left them OUTSIDE, IN THE HEAT?!!!! The driver didn't even call my recipient to make sure? Of this aspect, I am very, very disappointed!

This arrangement is very disappointing & hardly like the one I ordered. It looks messy & thrown together/unbalanced. It will be an embarrassment. I appreciate receiving the photo so I could see it.

The marble dish garden featured online was vibrant and a much better mix of flower to plant. This substitute lacked the color vibrancy and balance.

Did not follow instructions and delivery left much to be desired

You delivered the flower arrangement to the restaurant more than 24 hours before the reservation. The driver was given that info & still left the arrangement with the restaurant!

Sorry but I was expecting more. Drove down to your store with a picture off your web site of what I was expecting and I feel like I got something less. She actually thought the flowers on top of the bouquet were already dead. I actually used your store back in the 1980's and 90's and thought you went above and beyond which is why I made a special trip to come in person. This time I was really disappointed.

Disappointed with the lighter colored purple vs the bold purple of my order selection. Also do not see near the same number of lilies as the order selection. It's pretty but not the boldness with the color I was hoping for when I ordered.

A lot LESS flowers and more greenery than expected for the price charged. A bit disappointed.

More flowers and less container! Having been a florist myself for over 20+ years I am disappointed that you are selling expensive glass containers and less floral My friend will be pleased since I remember ed her birthday but I will be looking elsewhere the next time I need flowers sent in Ft worth

Was not pleased with them wasn't what I wanted did not like the sunflowers the first arrangement you guys made me was nice but didn't care for the second one

The one on the website has way more flowers. Roses to be exact. I paid for the deluxe with additional flowers. I hope mine has more.

Honestly, for $153.00 I thought it might be really beautiful! Idk especially after looking at photos of online orders for less than $100

Looks pretty thought it was much bigger and also it's different than what I ordered Happy Times this is a lot different!

I have to say that I am disappointed in the bouquet that was delivered to my cousin today. It definitely does Not come close to the photo on your website. I believe y'all skimped on the roses, the bouquet is not nearly as full as expected, especially for the price I paid, and the vase is a Lot different than what is shown on your site. I understand sometimes you have to make substitutions, but y'all just flat out failed on this arrangement.

Looks like it's full of old blooms. Do you have Some with bulbs so she can watch them bloom? I'm normally pleased with your product :(

This photo does not have NEAR as many flowers as the arrangements I referred to, (pop of color) nor does it appear as colorful or full. I specifically shared. I wanted bright colors like orange and yellows.

Hi. I love flowers. I think there is to much greenery around this arrangement. Although beautiful, it takes away from the flowers themselves. The spider mums are lost. I know that the flowers are not fully opened but this does not resemble your standing white promises spray.

It's ok, has a lot less flowers than the one I picked online.. and it has no roses. For $207 I assumed it would be more flowers and less fillers
