Was supposed to be low round centerpiece with flowers tightly in container ?

The flowers were nice BUT forcing a customer to pay $55 in order to deliver flowers is absolutely ridiculous and hope that you have many other customers reconsider your services for a more reasonable choice.

The flowers could have been centered better as well as equally dispersed.

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and they did not look like this!! I was not happy as my bill was $99.00 - I will be happy to send you the picture if you can tell me how to get a picture to you.

I asked for roses and orchids - no orchids here - not such a great design

I'm not crazy about the placement of the “In loving memory” sash. It looks like an after thought.

Too small for $70+ Photo should have an identifiable object in it so the size is evident to the viewer. So I assume that's about a 5” x 5” basket.

A little disappointed. I was expecting some color in the dish garden, like maybe a flowering plant, similar to display on your website.

This is a poor imitation of the arrangement shown on the website. Did a beginner arrange these flowers? Bait and switch.

This arrangement is not nearly as full and colorful as I ordered. I am truly disappointed that it will be delivered to a funeral service for someone I thought so highly of. Thank you for the picture.

The peace lily is fine. I asked for fresh flowers added in Dallas Cowboys colors. Young man suggested $20 in fresh flowers would be enough to make a statement. I envisioned at least double the fresh flowers as pictured. I'm not a florist so can't really say that's not $20 worth. But that bow is terrible. Looks like a smushed art project by a 4 year old.

Highly disappointed! Not like the photo regarding the flowers, colors and height of arrangement. Will rethink if I reuse them next time I need to send flowers.

I asked for NO star gazers & even called to be sure there would be none. This looks like MORE stargazers. The person gets bothered with the smell. The girl put that she's allergic to ensure none would be placed.
