I appreciate the added color and you fixing it .. Thank you kindly Not at all what I asked for or ordered. I'm highly disappointed,I will NOT be ordering anymore flowers from Karins. Sad because we have my oldest daughters wedding coming up and I recommended Karins florist to put in a bid etc. I guess you are under different management, the look and overall feel of the arrangement are just not good.

This is unfortunately not at all what I had expected. This looks like 3 carnations and greenery. It is very sparse. I should have gotten just flower cuttings.

This is vastly different from what I ordered, which was the Deluxe Basket of Beauty. Colors and flowers are different - The Premium was shown online, but if one level down is that different, it should be disclosed - I called in the order. Very disappointing.

This was a sympathy arrangement. I guess I should have specified the colors myself instead of trusting that the florist choice would be appropriate.

Don't much like the pink in there. It is hard to tell the size. Otherwise nice! 4 stars.

Frankly, I was exceedingly disappointed in your version of the choice I had made. I didn't expect it to be identical, but rather similar in color (autumn colors), to the one I had chosen from those that could be delivered that day. Also I had opted for the “Premium” version which yours certainly was not. So all together, I'm quite disappointed and certainly surprised. My husband and I have used your good services many times over the years and have been very pleased so this comes as a shock. I hope it's only an unfortunate aberration. Sincerely, Barbara Kaiser

I had my son from Florida order this for my wife as I had to have sudden back surgery. Once I found out my wife needed to be at our home that day instead of where he originally asked them to be sent, I called at 9:10 am and had the delivery changed to a destination within 2 miles of the florist shop. At noon I received a picture of what it was going to Look like, and at 4:45 still no delivery. I called and canceled as she needed to be the hospital by 5. I spoke to the same gentleman I spoke to at 9:10 that morning and was told I would get my refund. One has yet to be issued. This was the same florist my wife and I used 28 years ago for our wedding and George I believe the owner did a great job. I can't say the same now!

These are not the flowers I ordered. I didn't like the arrangement. I ordered predominantly purple flowers-which I picked out from the cooler-with only a few white ( not off white, not yellow green , no pink) with greens. I thought the arrangement looked unattractive.

Not what I ordered!!! I wanted all Blue flowers!! Very disappointed! A picture Before u send would have been better!

I'm sorry but this really is not what I ordered. I tried to send my family a plant “oasis garden” that they would be able to take home and keep growing. This is a flower arrangement that will just die… if I messed up the order I apologize but I do not believe this was my mistake. Conveniently your receipt does not show what type of flowers were ordered just the price.

I showed the person at the shop a bouquet I was given from your shop, this was not even close to what I expected. My daughter did s better job of arranging flowers from Trader Joe's for our Build A Bouquet activity at the bridal shower. I am beyond disappointed!!!

So you sent me a funeral spray for a bridal shower. Pretty sure the person that I spoke with showed this to me and I said NO not what I want. I'm so disappointed

I am sorry but this doesn't look like $125.00 arrangement. I am very disappointed! I do appreciate you sending me a photo, though.

That looks really sloppy and it doesn't look like it was $200 at all. I'm quite disappointed. It's actually kind of ugly the way the arrangement is in the colors that were chosen. It's very blah. I'm not happy at all

My order has not arrived yet.I chose Karin's Florist because of its very good reputation. I also have used them before. I hope my order arrives in good order.

The arrangement includes a golf ball?? We didn't ask for this. What an embarrassment

I was very disappointed with my arrangement from you. Both my husband and I were shocked that this arrangement cost us almost $250.00! Sorry but I won't be using Karin's Florist in the future. Weren't you embarrassed to give me something that was mostly greenery and minimal flowers? Where were the gladiolas that are pictured in your advertisement but clearly missing from this arrangement? signed Extremely Disatisfied

It looks like way more greens than flowers, I can't believe what I paid for a bunch of greens…

Doesn't look like it is worth anywhere near $100+. Having worked in the florist industry, I know what you pay for these plants. Totally not impressed at all and very disappointed.

I thought it was a lot of greenery and not many flowers for $200, so I was disappointed.

Some of the roses are too open. Arrangement appears sloppily put together.

There must be a mistake. I ordered a short cut arrangement with lots of roses. This doesn't look like an arrangement that I described on the phone.
