The arrangement includes a golf ball?? We didn't ask for this. What an embarrassment

I was very disappointed with my arrangement from you. Both my husband and I were shocked that this arrangement cost us almost $250.00! Sorry but I won't be using Karin's Florist in the future. Weren't you embarrassed to give me something that was mostly greenery and minimal flowers? Where were the gladiolas that are pictured in your advertisement but clearly missing from this arrangement? signed Extremely Disatisfied

It looks like way more greens than flowers, I can't believe what I paid for a bunch of greens…

Doesn't look like it is worth anywhere near $100+. Having worked in the florist industry, I know what you pay for these plants. Totally not impressed at all and very disappointed.

I thought it was a lot of greenery and not many flowers for $200, so I was disappointed.

Some of the roses are too open. Arrangement appears sloppily put together.

There must be a mistake. I ordered a short cut arrangement with lots of roses. This doesn't look like an arrangement that I described on the phone.

I have been using Karin's for 25+ years. Usually, the flowers are outstanding. I have always been impressed about the size, quality, and proper deliveries. This year, I had an order delivered on the 15th, and the tulips were brown and dying after 3 days. Not acceptable when they are 40% of the arrangement. The rest of the flowers were fine. Whoever did the quality check on this delivery failed. I really hope this was a one-off bad performance.

Thank you for the picture....these are very disappointing. I had asked for white roses as part of the white arrangement with touches of blue though also deferred to the judgement of the florist on other flowers . the flowers from this picture look more like weeds. As I stressed this was an important arrangement for our family to the Haigs on this sad occasion and it simply did not meet the beauty I was used to From Karins when you handled the flowers for my both parents. I even mentioned the Haigs had sent a stunning white floral arrangement you all prepared to my fathers funeral and I hoped we would have something of equal beauty. I hope it will look better in person. I could not be more disappointed and for the price I payed I expected more from Karins.

We always appreciate Karin's arrangements. However I was taking the arrangement to a child's funeral. And they delivered the flowers to the wrong house. Had to scramble and purchase elsewhere. Very unlike Karin's…

Truthfully, I'm disappointed. There is so much greenery that it looks dull. It really needs more white in it so it has variety.

The recipient said they never received their flowers. I would like to be refunded.

The item I ordered doesn't look at all like the arrangement I ordered. Plus the order # is incorrect. My order # is 43778. Was this someone else's order???

I'm so disappointed. Maybe it's my mistake but I thought I ordered a colorful bouquet. All white is not anything my wife would ever enjoy.

This is unsatisfactory. Online photo show red roses not white.

The wreath was not quite as nice as compared to the wreath that was placed on Tascha's burial site last year.

There was not to be any greenery in the arrangement. There isn't even a dozen roses. This is very underwhelming for $111

This is not what I ordered.

The pillow we got For the casket had my son's name spelled wrong! In these cases you don't get a do-over! We are disgusted! Giving 1 star bc I couldn't give 0.
