That looks like the basic arrangement not the upgraded version. In addition the roses do not look like they will last at all. I will not be using your services again. I don't appreciate businesses that take advantage of our if state clients

Hi there - I asked for pink roses with other pink and white flowers - there are no pink roses in the photo sent - only white roses. Can that be changed? My mother in law asked for pink roses. Thank you! Debbie

I was quite disappointed. There was more greenery than flowers! This arrangement was more in the $75/$85 area than $200!! Pathetic! My usual florist moved and I thought I'd try Karin's. Bad mistake, and one I won't repeat.

The Standard arrangement on your website is fuller; at least four purple flowers, two green flower, smaller purple flowers with light green leaves. The attached photos looks as though it has almost half the content as the photo on the website.

After completely screwing up the arrangement for my 20th anniversary, I have not had one single follow up call. They did send a second bouquet, but no follow up! Absolutely overpriced for quality and customer service.

Doesn´t look like much for the 100+ dollars I agreed to in my order...plus I paid an extra 75 dollars for birthday ballons and a box of chocolates which seem to have been overlooked here in the picture
