The roses are beautiful. I asked for roses and hydrangeas and no filler. I don't see anybhydrangeas at all.

While the sunflowers look pretty. I had asked for a tall vase arrangement not one that is looking more like a pot. I was expecting that the arrangement would look more rustic and trendy - this is a little more dated looking.

Hello, thank you for the photograph. I am slightly disappointed. I thought there would be more roses at the price I was quoted for the premium bouquet. This looks like the standard bouquet on the web page. Can you send a picture from another angle?

I visited my friend the day her flowers were delivered and was somewhat disappointed that the arrangement was somewhat wilted with some blooms being brown around the edges. Was my friend at home for delivery? Thank you.

Flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. Although the arrangement looked good and photos were provided, this was a significant problem. Management should train customer service reps to suggest delivery the DAY BEFORE a major holiday at ANC.

This arrangements looks rather sparse. Maybe it is the angle. Seems like some more filler and perhaps a ribbon around the vase would be appropriate. I am usually very happy with your arrangements but this one is very disappointing.
