Not what I would have expected for the money spent. Small arrangement for over $ 150.00 and the $ 12.00 delivery charge for walking literally right across the street seemed to be excessive.

Disappointed that the flowers were buds that had not opened. For Thanksgiving arrangement there was no color. You should have contacted do something in bloom could have been substituted.

Thank you so very much for the feedback and I am sorry for the mistake on our end. Luckily, we were able to pull "Autumn's Harvest" off of the delivery truck and replace it with "Autumn's Bounty." Again, I apologize, but I am so glad we could fix it and make it right!

I was a bit disappointed that for a premium flowers, there were so few in the arrangement. It does not look like the picture I was using to order. Far too much green, should have had more flowers. I will not be using this florist again.
