Too much yellow in the arrangement

It was beautiful but not worth $200

Pretty but small

Well your design & presentation were beautiful. I know flowers are more expensive these days but for $80 (not tax or delivery fees) I expected a couple more flowers and not the 3 carnations). I specifically asked for no carnations; I dislike them and think of them as cheap filler flowers. I'm sure the order person I spoke with probably didn't convey this request to the designer. Sending me the photo of the arrangement is always great customer support / marketing tool. But when you get I wrong and it's too late to change the flowers the photo is upsetting. I will say usually everything is perfect. I'm disappointed this time. All I got was “oh well” ? Happy Holidays - I will be ordering again. I just wanted to be upfront about this order.

Can we add some white berries or small flowers to add color? Jeff

Looks a little overgrown like it's been in the shop too long. And no blooms? Was the plant dressed at all? ie. put in container.

Don't see any roses . Just placed order so hope they are fresh. I have used you all for over 20 years and never been disappointed. I ask for something bright and . Do always like seeing a photo.

I mean, does it look the same to you? https://www.karinsflorist.com/shop/birthday/purple-sunburst-bouquet/ It's missing all 6 yellow roses, and has only 3 roses total, which I wouldn't say matches a description of "featuring premium roses..." more like "featuring premium carnations." I don't know, I'm not a florist, maybe the substitutions are equal in value. It's pretty, just in my opinion less pretty than I expected. Maybe I'll poll my friends on Facebook to see if I should give more stars.

I feel like there's way too much greenery here…for a $262 arrangement. I do appreciate getting a picture though - now I know what's being delivered. Customer service over the phone was terrific.

I asked to include orange and teal if only teal ribbon. I also asked for no fragrance. I don't see teal. And are the orange flowers with fragn .

I thought there would be some roses for anniversary flowers. Not my favorite

Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the arrangement but my daughter liked it. I felt the roses were a bit to open and I didn't like the Gerber daisies on top of them....they dominated the arrangement. I love the fact that you enclose a photo. I happened to be in Va. for my daughter's party and was able to see the flowers in person. I will use your store again though because in general I like the process.

THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL ON FRIDAY, BUT THEY WILTED QUICKLY, AND LOOKED HORRIBLE ON THE 15th. WE WILL BE SEARCHING FOR A FLORIST THAT DOES SILK ARRANGEMENTS. THANK YOU.

The flowers themselves were lovely and fresh. The arrangement was very pretty. However, for the price of $250, I did expect something larger.

It looks kinda plain for almost $100. Also - didn't need the vase, would have preferred (more) loose cut flowers. I guess I didn't explicitly say that to Kevin when I ordered. Was it delivered yet? I haven't heard anything from my wife - so thinking no? If not - maybe you can remove the vase and spruce it up some?

It's ok. Felt the arrangement I chose to model it after that was in your cooler room was much more impressive. Receiving the photo was appreciated.

Though the flowers are beautiful it had been requested to have them delivered at 3:00 PM for our 50th wedding anniversary, instead they were delivered in such dizzying speed 2 1/2 hours before, essentially ruining our once in a lifetime opportunity.

It is summer time ! While the bouquet is in itself fine , u have offered it over & over . These flowers are “ fall & winter- like rather than sunny & bright like a summmer's day , meaning heavy ! They do not uplift a spirit . Have seen this type of ur arrangements now over & over again . U must use it over & over again. Have pictures of it . Certainly nothing creative or inspiringly uplifting about it . My sister- law will like & enjoy the bouquet Alf course. I am not sharing w her what I think but will remember how I feel about.

Disappointed at how small the arrangement was for a $75 cost.

I was hoping for more flowers, I think there are empty spaces. It looks a little skimpy to me. I can't tell the size of it. It doesn't look like the arrangement I saw when I came in to prder. I do love the work on the unicorn, and do appreciate the photo.
