I normally love your arrangements, which is why I always use you, but this one disappointed me for the cost. Perhaps it was what I picked but I didn't love how it looked when delivered.

I was a bit disappointed. Looked small and unimpressive. I am sure the flowers were fresh as you always supply fresh flowers

Thank you for sending a photo of the finished product, that was unexpected, but very nice. Once I saw this in person, it was much smaller than I expected from the dimensions on the website. I ordered the deluxe, but it looked more like the smaller arrangement. the flowers and arrangement looked very close to the ones on the website.

Flowers were delivered but no card was included even though I specifically remember filling out that info.

Seems a bit understated considering it was a deluxe order compared with a previous arrangement order. Not very many flowers for a floral arrangement but maybe the photo doesn't do it justice. I suppose I chose poorly... Please make sure it's delivered early enough in the day for the recipient to enjoy it.

I wish I could see the size of it.

Looks like a $60 arrangement to me...guess the Belt way is different from the Mountain West.

It looks lovely. I was hoping for larger tho and at the price point of $150, I thought it would be.

I requested a spring arrangement and the florist said spring flowers were available. Other than a few tulips, these flowers don't particularly suggest spring. Appreciate the photo so I can see what was delivered.

I love Karin's Florist but this arrangement was a disappointment to me. The first thing I asked for was tulips, and I wanted them to dominate, but the first thing I see is a big magenta Gerber Daisy and some orange flowers. The arrangement is pretty but not at all what I wanted. I still believe Karin's the best florist in Northern Virginia so next time I will be more specific in what I would like.

Do not like that they are no built up.

It was a nice arrangement, but Way too expensive for what it was. I have account here & it's always convenient - but I will shop around next event. If others are just as expensive I will continue to be a customer.

This is my second order. Loved the first one. I wish this arrangement had more purple flowers and not sure about the pink bow The recipient loved it and I so appreciate the Sunday delivery. I will continue to order from you Your customer service is wonderful. Thank you

I have been ordering flowers from Karin's Florist for years. This time, I was surprised to see a new trend. I am not used to seeing groupings of flowers (3 roses together, 3 tulips together, 3 sunflowers together). I was a bit disappointed. I am used to a mixture of different flowers spread over the basket. Also the colors did not go well together this time: pink does not go with orange and yellow.

Can you make it “whiter”, add a bit more white?

I'm sorry but it doesn't look quite as nice or full as the description photo on website.

Flowers weren't as vibrant as we've received in past orders.

Unfortunately our order specifically requested to not have a lot of greenery. Based on this photo, it is lacking flowers. I appreciate their fast turnaround (although excessive$100 rush charge).

very few flowers

I had ordered a “low” centerpiece and it's not low. I had to take the arrangement out and put it in one of my low bowls so everyone at the dining table can see each other over the centerpiece. Also not as wide as I had hoped for the price but it's better than nothing.

I would have expected a bigger arrangement . Also the flowers did not appear to be to fresh

I was hoping for an arrangement that was all white with hints of blue and lavender.

Honestly I was hoping for more vibrant and colorful flowers. Also arrangements in small square glass bowls I think are not the right choice! Personally like taller glass vases.
