For a sympathy arrangement did not particularly care for the "cabbage". Otherwise the arrangement was fine.

Believing that Karin's is the finest florist in the world with the friendliest and most professional staff, I was disappointed a bit with this particular arrangement. Because of the flowers I wanted for the vase, I needed to wait for them to be obtained.

It does not look like the pic of the $49 arrangement nor does it include the candy and the card. It looks pretty but not nearly as good as the one I ordered.

So sorry that the arrangement did not have lilies in it. As discussed we are out of pink lilies and we added a premium stem of pink cymbidium orchids. However, we will use white lilies in the arrangement to make up for the pink lilies. There are 5 green roses in the arrangement. Sorry the photo did not pick them all up from the angle the photo was taken. Thanks again and we appreciate your order very much.

Although this arrangement is pretty, I requested that the arrangement include mostly hydrangeas as that is a favorite Spring flower of the recipient.

I paid $155 and asked for premium flowers and looks the same as the website (and you still only used 3 roses and 4 irises?!) It doesn't look apparent where I spent the extra money (your website quoted me $119 for a Delux version that had 3 roses and 4 iri

This arrangement is not as advertised. I see no blue iris, no green spider mums, no dusty miller. The blue iris are what sold me on this arrangement!! I am so disappointed they aren't there. I could live without the other flowers, but the blue iris are
