Flowers were good on Friday but disappointed that by Saturday afternoon some were already turning brown. I would expect $350 of flowers to look fresh beyond 12 hours post delivery.

it is a lovely arrangement,very ornate. given their contemporary home, i wish i had ordered orchids or lilies. some of the flowers i am not familiar with: the pink flowers on the lower right look limp, but perhaps that is how they are supposed to look.

I love Karin's, but I actually was disappointed when I saw the photo of the orchid! For $120. I was expecting more, with the container and the orchid. I wasn't going to respond, but when the request came a second time I decided to respond. Thank you.

Orchids look nice but not the vase that was displayed on the website. When asked if there was other options, was told that they had no similar vases in the store that was seen in the picture of the website. Only offered blue or this clear vase. I think

The flowers were one day late because I omitted a card, but I sent the card message on Sunday. Your customer service didn't look at my email until mid day on Monday.

The flower arrangement is beautiful! One comment is that for the price I would have expected a larger arrangement. I chose your florist because my mother had always used you and the customer service is great. I know I ordered rather late for Mother's Day

I expected the basket to have more flowers for a $100.00 basket. It has fewer flowers and is not as large as I expected for ordering the largest basket you offer. I do appreciate it being delivered and placed on my Mother's grave and added an extra $20.

Great idea! More pictures would be better - I asked for hydrangeas and I think I see one, but maybe some additional views would be good. Also, a perspective for scale. Looks a bit small for what I spent, but could be the angle.

Love this service! I always want to see what I send. This is pretty, although I would have expected a few more blooms for $100. I also have a preference for more color.

Thank you for your review. I tried calling you and I left a message that will did fill the arrangement to value with premium flowers, orchids, roses, lilies, tulips, larkspur. We also added more color to the arrangement. Thank you so much!
