All the flowers were were simply beautiful. All the people that receive the flowers loved them.

Thought there would be more hydrangeas in the bouquet for an $85 charge. I do appreciate you sending a photo.

The balloon should have said “Get Well” and not “Thank You.” Thankfully the recipient had a sense of humor! The flowers are lovely.

They look good but not outstanding. I guess you don't get much for $60 these days.

The flowers were fresh and pretty, although the arrangement doesn't appear to be very full for the cost. Maybe next time I will select an arrangement from a photo. Getting a photo is great. Thank you.

While the wreathe is beautiful and I really appreciate the sales associate helping me stay within my budget, I asked for the wreath to be purple instead of pink and red. This looks very pink…

I like getting a picture. I usually ask the recipient to send me a picture. I'm a little disappointed. Next time I'll know to ask for a clear glass vase and for a softer color pallet. I like the flowers to be similar in hue that's why I asked for salmon and peachy, coral tones.

I understand there is a difference between standard and premium. But I assumed it would be mostly based on abundance of flowers in the arrangement. However I am disappointed by how dull and how much less vibrant the colors are compared to what was pictured on the website. Also why was the arrangement done with the back of the mug up front? It would've been so much cuter with Winnie the Pooh on the front of the arrangement as pictured on the website. Sure the recipient can turn the mug around but I'm assuming it's mostly greenery on the back. On the positive, I'm happy with how quickly the order was processed and I do appreciate getting to see the finished product.

The $179 birthday bouquet that I picked based on the picture on your website included little yellow and little purple flowers.. not included in mine and the roses were bigger than the bouquet you delivered to my friend Shelly? But, she did like it.

Pretty, but maybe add some white flowers to balance the dark colors. Also, add some more sprigs of leafy green.

I asked for baby breath in making the flower and you didn't include that.

The arrangement is very nice, but I was hoping for more vibrant colored flowers and less greenery.

I selected-just peachy bouquet. The picture order looks a lot darker and not as pretty, nor bright. Don't like the grey leaves.

Not thrilled about the color. Perhaps it is just the image, but the gerbera daisies do not look 'pastel peach'. They look hot Pink. I do appreciate the updates.

I am disappointed that it contains so few nice flowers. Pretty basic, greenery, berries & carnations. Especially given the fact that I shortened the length from 36” down to 28”. I thought it would have more nice flowers or something for $170. I guess it's the 4 roses & orchids. I liked getting a photo.

I thought there would be some pink or other bright colored flowers along with the sunflowers?

My only regret is that you don't have a larger selection of plants that can be sent as gifts.

These are fine, but not what I had wanted. I mentioned several times that a wanted a cheery and ‘spring like' arrangement with spring colors. Other than the pink this looks like a fall arrangement. I was hoping to cheer someone up.

Hi - how tall was the whole arrangement (including vase)? Based on the scale of the roses it seems smaller than what I expected. I do like getting a photo!
