I thought there would be some pink or other bright colored flowers along with the sunflowers?

My only regret is that you don't have a larger selection of plants that can be sent as gifts.

These are fine, but not what I had wanted. I mentioned several times that a wanted a cheery and ‘spring like' arrangement with spring colors. Other than the pink this looks like a fall arrangement. I was hoping to cheer someone up.

Hi - how tall was the whole arrangement (including vase)? Based on the scale of the roses it seems smaller than what I expected. I do like getting a photo!

I thought for $100 arrangement it would be bigger. Also the yellow flowers not sure what they're called wilted the next morning

I am disappointed. The arrangement looks dark and not nearly as bright as expected. This is the first time I've used Karin's. I'm not likely to use them again. I wanted a basket bursting in color, like the one on your website. At this price range, I did not expect to be disappointed.

Do those roses up top have wilted petals?

Very pretty and thank you for sending a photo - I wish there were at least a few substantial flowers in the arrangement. $75 seems like a lot for a daisy and leaf arrangement. Thank you for your time.

While a beautiful little arrangement for a hall table, I was puzzled for this choice for an outdoor, cemetery arrangement for my husband's grave at Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington. Was there a misunderstanding on the order??? First, there were very few flowers for the arrangement price. The container was totally unsuitable for outdoor breezes and could easily blow over because it was a pedestal and a little high for stability. Could you give me the approximate measurements of the arrangement ? Maybe I am picturing it too small in my mind's eye. I have always been pleased with previous orders from there. Please tell me if there was some confusion about my order, Thank you for your attention for my concern. I appreciate getting the photo because I had no way of knowing what it looked like. A family member who lives there was out of town and usually checks to see the order. Previous flower orders had a lower base and appeared sturdier. I believe I ordered them there. I have always been pleased with my previous orders . Pretty planter vessel

The customer service us very kind and receptive easy to work with even from another state, but I am disappointed in this bouquet I asked for delphiniums -which have a special meaning for the recipient - and some white filler and this is almost all white with the delpinium looking like an afterthought

This arrangement is a little smaller than what I imagined. Wish it had a few more white flowers and less fern leaves. Thanks for creating this same-day arrangement.

Love the arrangement but the flowers look a little limp?

I have yet to see the flowers as I have not yet gone to Falls Church Presbyterian Church to see the arrangement. Based on the picture I am disappointed in the size and arrangement. I specifically requested that the FCPC April 11th flowers be duplicated

a lot more purple on the website. I order the premium which does not seem to be any different from the standard on the website in terms of size.

Romantic Pastels arrangement that I selected looks much nicer/professional than the photo of the actual arrangement you just sent me. Flowers look wilted and sloppy... please compare what's on your website against this photo. This is a disappointment.
