This one is disappointing. You guys are always the best but this one has a grocery store vibe. The one picture online has a more modern vibe not just flower crammed in to a vase. I am so sorry to say this because in the past you have done amazing arrangements for me.

This was not at all like what I ordered and although it is pretty, it is not what I would choose for this occasion. I think you should have asked prior to making a change this drastic. My prior experiences with McShan have been positive so I am disappointed with this.

This is sad. I ordered two arrangements from you, one is absolutely beautiful. Just stunning. Then there's this. To be honest, it looks like a grocery store floral center reject. I love supporting ya'll because you do beautiful work and I love getting the pictures. But I'm really disappointed in this arrangement. I also haven't gotten the confirmation that it was delivered today 2/19 like it was supposed to be. Thank you.

I have been ordering from McShans for a while and the was the worst experience I have had be far. Flowers were not delivered until 6:00 PM the day of the order. Would like to have a discount applied to my next order or I will likely begin searching for a new florist.

There were only 5 Roses and there was supposed to have been 6 Roses. The chocolates were not delivered at the same time that the flowers were delivered and the box of chocolates were not placed inside a Mcshan bag . So what the picture shows is not what she received. Normally McShan delivers in excellence, I was not to happy, this time around. But I will always order from McShan on Garland Road. Thank you for the picture greatly appreciate it!

We were very disappointed. This one was not up to par with the other arrangements at the service. We asked for a colorful arrangement. This one was not colorful, and did not present well. Seemed skimpy for $200.

I ordered an arrangement with a tall angel not a small cherub angel. I ordered this arrangement so they had a keepsake angel. Also I asked for a mix of purple and blue throughout the arrangement with three white roses...it looks like I have red and a few sprigs of blue...

I ordered the deluxe flowers and it looked nothing like the deuxe flowers on the website. Of course i know it won't look the same but the deluxe size looked more full and had more white flowers. Wouldn't pay for the deluxe again for them to look like the value size.

Charging $85.00 for a 6" potted plant is outrageous. I won't be using your flower shop, and I hope others don't either. I don't want to give any star, but there is no choice.

The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. However, this was for a funeral. It was supposed to be there at 9 am the day of the funeral. The funeral started at 10. It arrived sometime after that. I have no idea what time it got there. I found it sitting on a table outside after the funeral was over. Nothing can ever really remedy this. There's no way I can give you a good rating. The other part of it is that no one ever told me why the delivery person was so late. I think I have a right to know.
