They arrived beautiful but there was a couple of flowers flimsy, but the next day the arrangement started looking horrible, water was in the arrangement when received, received a call from your establishment to add more but very little was needed, today Fri 8/8 the arrangement is horrible, do I think the sender should be refunded half of money, definitely. I've received Sam's flowers that cost less than your and they lasted atleast 5 days, very disappointed

I have been a loyal customer of McShans for over 40 years. This is an embarrassment and disappointment of an arrangement for $110.+. I realize that live flowers are not inexpensive however the filler and baby breath is not McShans standards of excellence of my past experiences.

I am usually so happy with my purchase but this was a let down. This appeared to be larger online than what my mom received for birthday. This was way too small for the asking price. Not what I expected at all.

I can assure you that we tried our best to deliver the flowers. However, nobody was at the address, and the voicemail was full, so we couldn’t get a hold of the recipient. I sincerely hope that the birthday celebration was not ruined.

I saw the flowers and they were beautiful but I was disappointed in the size, how small the arrangement was for $150.00. I would of done better by pickup up an arrangement at Allbertson and delivering it myself. Thanks for sending the photo and email. Lynn

The worst presentation of your abilities that I've ever experienced. I asked for a Chrystal vase like some of my last orders, and you selected a huge vase which overpowers the roses, and makes an awkward arrangement for use in the home

I was looking for maybe some white roses or pastel colors. I do not care for the sunflower. This is for a Wedding Shower, so sunflower is not a good flower for that.
