Disappointed in service I received. I ordered something they did not have in stock. To replace cost more. They were not willing to accommodate because they were out of stock. I was notified a day after I placed order that they did not have the item.

We do apologize for the delay. We had the pot and saucer in green or terracotta colors, just not the white. White would need to be ceramic, and yes, that does cost more. I’m happy to say we’ve reordered the white option, so we’ll have those back in stock soon.

I paid $128 for this? That is a horrible arrangement! No wonder you didn't send me a photo of it in the first email. Your business was recommended to me, but you can be sure that I will show them this and how much it cost. You should be ashamed for taking advantage of an out of town customer. I would give you zero stars.

I ordered a plant with flowers for a funeral. It was a sympathy basket. The arrangement was sad! And to put yellow flowers in a sympathy arrangement!!! Who does that??? No call about a substitution and a photo right before delivery! I have a very large family and believe me, no one in my family will ever use your florist!

Still waiting for delivery after 5:00 on Valentines Day. Sympathetic that it is a busy day, but you probably shouldn't accept orders (or at least note it to customers) if you can't deliver by a reasonable hour.

Not nearly as many flowers as in the photo. A lot of green and flowers still look like buds. Very disappointing overall. I see there was an attempt to make it better but that's about the best I can offer in terms of compliments. Especially at this price

Is this a joke? It looks nothing like the picture. This is sad and pathetic. Paid nearly $120 for you to just throw some roses into a salad. This is a scam and you should be ashamed. Giving one star because I can't give zero.

Disappointed in the purchase of this plant . Expected the plant to be fuller, taller and in a nice pot . Presentation is everything and as such it was my hope the plant would present an uplifting appearance during a time when the family is grieving the loss of their love one . In addition, the website presentation is misleading . Final note , I am not a happy customer. Moreover, I did not receive a favorable response from the recipient of the plant either , and generally I do .

The stunning bouquet includes white roses, stock, snapdragons, lilies and freesia accented with salal, myrtle and pittosporum. Delivered with a meticulously detailed porcelain sculpture of Jesus. This is the description on you web site This isn't worth the $193.15 I paid....The standard arrangement according to your web site photo had at least 6 white roses, I upgraded to the delux which shows at least 7 or 8 white roses....and this has 3 roses!!! no freesia, no snapdragons, no lilies...what is with the pine or whatever that green Christmas tree looking plant that is literally covering the figure of Jesus??? I have used yall for over 30 years and this is the worst misrepresentation of an arrangement I have ever experienced. Really look at the Garden of Serenity Bouquet Delux and you tell me what you think of this embarrassing thing I sent for a group of work associates for a dear friend who just lost her Mother!!!!

Not what I ordered!! I had asked the arrangement to look like the one I ordered on Jan 17 to Patty Kirk .. it's very disappointing!! Had a conversation with your person taking orders to make it GRAND!! She assured me it would be the same arrangement but NOTHING like it!! Have been a customer for over 30 years and will have to consider if I go back to McShan again!!

For $100 plus , of course tax and delivery, very m at them I am sad …. My Daughters 40th. With the weather …. I Could not be there…. If I could have gone to Tom Thumb …. I could have made something to be proud of…. McShan has never let me down before. Total was $125+. I have used Dr Delphium in the past…. Will do so

This is not a nice looking plant. Most of the time the bereavement plants are ivy's or some time of pretty leafy plant. I don't like this one at all. It looks like a skimpy tree
