I apologize that the cost of the arrangement is more than you expected. We try to deliver high-quality, long-lasting flower arrangements. We're also using the same size banner that we use for all orders. It allows you to see the flowers clearly. We use expensive, high-quality roses to make our beautiful arrangements, but I hope you’ll agree that the freshness and high quality of our roses justify the higher price tag.

Called twice letting them know I did not approve the arrangement - the picture had orange/rust flowers and this looked very sparse and not like I have experienced in all the 40 years I have been dealing with Mcshans

This was not the order that was received. Please exchange it for the highest price one that I requested. Tony and Zanette McCoy still have it in their home untouched. Also, the container does not look the same.

Compared to the other spray that was delivered this was greatly subpar. The arrangements were the same price and this one didn't even compare to the other. I specifically asked for blue flowers that were real, not painted carnations.

I was very dissatisfied with the bouquet that I ordered. I described what I wanted for my son's high school homecoming nosegay. I then called after seeing the picture and the person I spoke with told me they would fix the order. I then received a call back asking for more money to fix the problem. This bouquet in the photo was $100. I could have easily gone to Kroger, picked up some white flowers for $20, and put this together.

I must say that this is one of the few times that I was disappointed in the arrangement that was sent to one of our members. I had requested a flower with some colors and blooms, and although there is minimum color, there are no blooms on this particular flower arrangement. I wanted an arrangement that would create some cheer as she is healing. I am not certain that this arrangement accomplished that goal.

This was ordered as a basket designer's choice. This is a customer we order sympathy for often. Called back to discuss order with Charlotte and she told me it was not ordered that way. I know how I ordered this because I order wire outs for this business often. She wanted to argue with me on what I ordered.

I'm very disappointed. That looks like the very same arrangement that was in your display case when I came in. It was priced at 165.00. I told the lady that waited on me that I liked the bird of paradise and the other flowers in it but I wanted to add 100.00 and get something bigger. I paid 280.00 with tax and delivery and got the 165.00 arrangement. Let's face it. You ripped me off. True story.

So sorry these arrangements did not meet your expectations, however the order did not specify for baby's breath. We did refund the money for the bows we missed. Also with the price increase for something larger and fuller we may suggest going to a bit higher price.

I am so disappointed in the flowers that was sent to Rest Haven Funeral Home, for Paula Gregg. There was some of them flowers already dying and a very small basket for the price. To be honest i was embarrassed.
