McShan Florist, Dallas, TX - Customer Flower Reviews

This was the 2nd attempt to match what was on the website- they added more flowers like I asked but it still doesn't look near as nice. It is suppose to be the Teleflora's Shining Spirit Bouquet- Classic. Look it up on their website & you can see what I'm referring to. It was also delivered late - it was delivered during the reception AFTER the funeral. Overall not satisfied.

This is not an easy rating to write!! I've been a McShan customer for several years...but, I'm going to have to reconsider. My best friend, whose name is also on the card, agrees with me! The "pink" roses are anything but! They were terribly PALE. I was extremely embarrassed when I saw them at the funeral home. Everyone else, but me, had bright, fresh, beautiful arrangements. My nephew placed an order with McShan for this same occasion and their pink roses were pale also. Hence, I cannot give you any stars for this order and will have to do some serious thinking before placing another order...what a shame!

This does not look like the arrangement on the website- it only has half the flowers! I'm really disappointed that this is what is being delivered.

This pot is not the one advertised in the picture I chose. I specifically requested the same pot as in the photo on the website. The brown pot. This is Unacceptable!!!

I have to tell you what u advertise and produce Is as different as night and day. These are not the 3 plants and the advertisement and no large black stones. I'm sure this will be my last order with your company. I have had an acct for nore than 20 yrs with your company and each year the arrangements gets worse. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is nothing like the beautiful arrangement in the picture. Has a lot of "filler" and no white roses. Very disappointing.

I have used ya'll for 10 plus years . I am very disappointed, with this event . These flowers were for my Dad , who passed on august 7, 2022, He had flowers delivered friday the 19th, all other flowers were from the Flower Box in downtown Rockwall, but they were sooo much bigger. I was totally upset. I have always talked highly of Mcshan and now when it means the most I'm out .

Not delivered. I'm sure it was beautiful at 8am when you emailed this pic showing it was ready but you never delivered it today…what was a very special 90th birthday for a special lady. This is the second time in a year you have missed the scheduled delivery date. This time I'll be considering other florists. What a shame. McShan used to be the best in Dallas…what is happening over there?

This is not what I ordered. I ordered the McShan Trio. I am very disappointed, as I usually have a good experience with McShan.

I was very dissatisfied with the order. I made a comment earlier, but did not receive a call back to address the issue.

I purchased the upgraded option and definitely expected more than this. The picture online is much more full, prettier and also has many small roses in the arrangement than my pre delivery picture. I can honestly say that I'm disappointed in the arrangement and will not be a returning customer.

No one knows what there doing have to called so many times .. I will never used your company ever .. worse customer service Didn't deliver the my item on time after confirming it via phone call

This arrangement looks nothing like catalogue photo. I spent over $300 on this ugly submission.

This is the worst looking plant pole that I have ever seen. Please do not send to any more family members, it broke my heart looking at the picture. The church need to be refunded. L Grant

I asked for bright purple and alot of it. These look like pink roses. I specifically asked for purple in remembrance of an alzheimers. I am very disappointed as I was very clear.

The floral arrangement that was sent looked nothing like what was chosen on the Internet. I mean nothing. Definitely was not worth $100 that was spent. Very disappointing.

this is a small bouquet for 80.00; I was expecting bigger

I am very disappointed in this arrangement. If I was ill and my friend is, this would not make me feel better. It's embarrassing and I am requesting another one is sent that does not look like it is dying. McShan usually doesn't miss the mark.

Disappointed! Arrangement does not look like the sample original photo. I paid for the premium and the arrangement looks very standard.

I was very dissatisfied with my flowers. I love getting a photo because it shows in advance if you like them. This was the second try, but I didn't have enough time to ask for another set of roses. These roses are not healthy. These flowers were for my Mother, Lamar Benson. My Sister, Evonne Rabon, order a set of yellow roses as well (01189). Both arrangements were setting side by side, and the one my sister had was absolutely beautiful. Now those looked liked flower from McShan. This is the third time I had this problem. Look at order 01189 and whoever designed the arrangement is who I want designing my order in the future. Very very very disappointed.

5 Star on this order. Sometime the roses can be a slight bit burnt on edges. Overall they are a GREAT FLORIST.
