Disappointed that lilies have not bloomed yet and roses are fading.

Sadly- the dish garden looks gangly and unkept. Not at all what I expected from McShans.

Should have ordered from Pro Flowers. Very embarrassed, was s special situation.

Embarrassing!

Used you guys for a decade or more. Recommend you to my friends. The flowers sent compared to the picture on the site were not close. This was 21 year anniversary, and I paid $250. A dozen roses is $100 and this is less than the picture you shared. Seriously look at the link. I bought the best setting of this link. I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. It is very small and I ordered the medium size. I also requested that there by more blue in the arrangement. I was told there were very few blue hydrangea's but there were blue delphenia's and would that be okay? I said I would definitely want delphenia's, there were none. I do not feel this is worth the $114.00 that I paid. Won't order from here again.

We expected the arrangement to look like the one on your website with lots of color. The arrangement reflected is dull/unattractive.

Hello I'm sorry but this arrangement doesn't look nothing like I expected with those small round unidentified fruit/pea like plant. This was not a good selection on your part when I paid an additional cost for the floral arrangement to be fuller not knowing that was going to be added. I'm hoping the recipient doesn't send a photo to the team as it is not a good reflection on me as their admin.

My flowers were dead within a week. And I know how to change the water and split the ends, especially of the hydrangeas. Was extremely disappointed. I have one week pictures if you want them.

Looks nothing like the photo online. Online pic is much prettier than this. I even ordered the Premium version…

Absolutely terrible…this is not what I ordered. I specifically ordered pink/white flowers with pink roses for a baby girl Christening. I have already talked to your customer service and am awaiting a new pictures. I am on vacation in Italy- you have made this a very order

This was not what I had in mind at all. This arrangement was not even pretty compared to the others my Aunt got at her funeral. I asked for some yellow now ALL yellow.

This arrangement was completely not what I ordered. I ordered the largest version $85 arrangement and this was the picture I was sent. This is in NO WAY representing the arrangement I ordered. In fact it is less than what the $65 arrangement looked like. I did call and was told they would add additional flowers. The new arrangement looks like may 3 or 4 flowers were added but still nothing close to my order and not worth the price. This is definitely not up to the quality I would expect from McShans.

That is NOTHING like the photo on your website. I asked for the 'Color me Rosie' arrangement. LOOK at your website. This looks like a SMALLER version of something called ONE FINE DAY. NOT what I ordered!!

This was the 2nd attempt to match what was on the website- they added more flowers like I asked but it still doesn't look near as nice. It is suppose to be the Teleflora's Shining Spirit Bouquet- Classic. Look it up on their website & you can see what I'm referring to. It was also delivered late - it was delivered during the reception AFTER the funeral. Overall not satisfied.

This is not an easy rating to write!! I've been a McShan customer for several years...but, I'm going to have to reconsider. My best friend, whose name is also on the card, agrees with me! The "pink" roses are anything but! They were terribly PALE. I was extremely embarrassed when I saw them at the funeral home. Everyone else, but me, had bright, fresh, beautiful arrangements. My nephew placed an order with McShan for this same occasion and their pink roses were pale also. Hence, I cannot give you any stars for this order and will have to do some serious thinking before placing another order...what a shame!

This does not look like the arrangement on the website- it only has half the flowers! I'm really disappointed that this is what is being delivered.

This pot is not the one advertised in the picture I chose. I specifically requested the same pot as in the photo on the website. The brown pot. This is Unacceptable!!!

I have to tell you what u advertise and produce Is as different as night and day. These are not the 3 plants and the advertisement and no large black stones. I'm sure this will be my last order with your company. I have had an acct for nore than 20 yrs with your company and each year the arrangements gets worse. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is nothing like the beautiful arrangement in the picture. Has a lot of "filler" and no white roses. Very disappointing.

I have used ya'll for 10 plus years . I am very disappointed, with this event . These flowers were for my Dad , who passed on august 7, 2022, He had flowers delivered friday the 19th, all other flowers were from the Flower Box in downtown Rockwall, but they were sooo much bigger. I was totally upset. I have always talked highly of Mcshan and now when it means the most I'm out .
