That plant is NOT AS FULL/TALL as the online image. I'll send you the photo. WHERE is the PINK BOW I ask the agent for TWICE, it's a sympathy plant. I have been disappointed with the last two orders from you.

I have received many lovely arrangements from McShsn. This is first time ordering. Not what l asked for. I was told a picture would be sent in advance if delivery and it was not.

SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!! PURPLE/LAVENDER ARE COLORS FOR DEMENTIA JUST IN CASE YOU AND THE WORKERS DO NOT KNOW, BUT YOU AND THE WORKERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS!!!!! I WORKED IN THE HOSPITAL FOR 34 YEARS AND I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU TOTALLY RUINED MY ORDER MUCH LESS MY SURPRISE!!!!!!! I am sooo disappointed with McShan Florist. I specifically ordered the lavender/purple roses. Nothing else would do!!!!!! You even charged me EXTRA FOR VALENTINE's DAY roses, even through that day has come and gone. And then put pink of all colors.... this is the ugliest thing I have ever seen in my life. It was going to a DEMENTIA CENTER/MEMORY CARE FACILITY IN TURTLE CREEK and you definitely totally ruined the whole theme. i specifically said PURPLE EVERYTHING, but will have to do with the lavender because that is all that you carry. Carrie took my order and she knows how important this was to me and you just totally RUINED it with your total disregard of sentimentality in my order. Flowers not delivered as promised and paid. Asked to have them left at the door. Disappointing and expect a refund. Worst part is no explanation.

First and foremost my delivery wasn't made on Valentine's Day. Next they called me at 5:30pm to inform me and didn't answer on call back. Spoke with representative the next day didn't offer any condolences or discount for not delivering on the right day. I have been ordering from this company over the years. Customer service wasn't concerned. I am not satisfied at all.

After seeing the photo of the flowers delivered I was a bit let down. Over the 40 years of using McShan's when ordering 12 Traditional Red Roses they are delivered with baby's breathe and the roses themselves are vibrate. As you can see in the picture of the delivered flowers, a few of the roses are brown tip, no baby breathe. The delivered roses looks nothing like the website.

Never received flowers. Worst Valentines ever. Please ensure when receiving orders you have enough drivers for deliveries if not cut off orders.

Arrangement arrive. I was surprised that from one side of the arrangement, all that was visible ws greenery. No flowers whatsoever. Is this a new way McShan has adopted in arranging flowers ??? In all the years I have been a customer, I have never received a one-sided arrangement. It's like the arrangenent is missing one - half of the flowers. Maybe it's time that I quit using McShan for my floral needs.

I thought it would be bigger and have some blooms on it. It doesn't look like the picture that I chose on the website. I'm disappointed compared to the picture that represented my order. I was going to go with an online florist and then I knew I could trust McShan because y'all been around 50 plus years.

I'm devastated how badly McShan has let me down. I have been a customer of McShan for nearly 30 years, was introduced to McShan by Missy Bailey. My wife recently started a new job and her associates are much younger and cruel to her. I so badly wanted all of them to see my wife's beautiful arrangement for them to know how much she is loved. I spent $ 150.00! Why, because her happiness means everything to me, and I trusted McShan. Instead my poor wife watched other's receive flowers, and she received nothing for Valentine's day. I'm heartbroken for her, and it's my fault for trusting McShan. McShan didn't need to accept more orders than they could deliver, McShan obviously puts profits before service, and that is so disappointing. Good bye.

Terrible. Nothing was ever delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. She is now at home without flowers. Got to do better!

Did not get there before noon like I paid extra for. Don't look as good as previous years

This was the second time my order was delivered because the first time it was sent incorrectly AND the second time it was sent out to the incorrect address. Not only did it have to be delivered a third time because it went out to the wrong address but then you all picked up the plant that you wrongly delivered which in my opinion is rude since the problem was your fault to begin with. If you do that, you should have a least partially refunded me for getting the entire order wrong twice. I'm very disappointed in the transaction.

This arrangement looks nothing like what was on the website. I haven't received the flowers yet but the website showed Star Gazer lilies and at least a dozen white roses. $220. Does this look like it is worth $220? I could do better at Walmart, seriously. I've been a McShan's customer for 10 years and the last few years the quality has really gone downhill. This is my last order.

These were supposed to be pink with Lillie's I dont think this is my order.

This looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered. Very disappointing for $250 flowers.

Pretty bad compared to what I selected. Pale pink roses and white in a short vase with minimal green, this is not.

Flowers looked nothing like the online picture. They didn't have 3 of the flowers and the design was awful. They should've told me up front on a $250.00 arrangement.

i can see maybe 6 gerber daisies and was charged $97.37 (which included $15 delivery fee to drive down Garland Road; the address was Angora Street off Lakeland...less than 1mile from your storefront!) I have been your customer 40+yrs and this is not right; the arrangement was to cheer up a friend after terrible dental surgery and from her employer (via my account). The charge works out to $13/gerber daisy and obviously a ton of filler greenery. This pricing seems unreasonably high for the small quantity in the arrangement. please either issue a credit or send an additional arrangement next monday, "skimpy" is not the impression i was hoping for.

This arrangement looks like a sad unattended garden! It looks NOTHING like the picture of the Serene Retreat on the website, the only thing that is similar is the terra cotta colored planter. I've used McShan's for years. While a may not be a frequent customer, I always keep you in mind. This came to an end today.

Not what I expected for the price.
