This looks like the basic I ordered the deluxe. This looks terrible! I could have gone to Albertsons and picked up a better arrangement.

Flowers did not include give message as requested

This is my 2nd time buying from you and every time you have disappointed. What you send never looks like what you have online. I want my money back.

This does not look like the bouquets I ordered. I am waiting for a call back so it can be fixed before the memorial.

No I do not like my flower arrangement. I specifically asked for pink azaleas. This is for my Aunt's birthday, and it upsets me that she will be disappointed. Yes, I like getting a photo.

Thank you for your assistance in choosing an arrangement. I like getting a picture that I can share with our office so they can see what has been sent on their behalf.

As always, very happy with my experience ordering this arrangement. It was well received and they were extremely pleased. I appreciate having a photo of what was selected. Again thanks for doing a great job.

Looks beautiful

Incredibly disappointed. This is NOT the product I was sold. The product I was sold has a photo online. This is not the same product. I was first sent a photo of the completed arrangement and it had roses and did not look like the one online. I was told that they substituted the flowers. I found that simply wrong: to sell a product and then substitute it in a way that it did not show the same product. Then, after I called to express that the arrangement was not the same product, they made a second arrangement, but once again it did not look like the product online, and it simply looked to be a much less attractive and less quality arrangement than the I was sold!!! I would not recommend this florist!

Driver did not arrive until 20 minutes before funeral service. Guests were already in the service. I was not able to be at the family visitation luncheon because I was waiting on him. He said that he was going to the wrong door. Lady on the phone was rude. I had been there since 10:30. If he couldn't find the correct door, he should have called for help.

This arrangement is much SMALLER than what I purchased online!

That is NOT what I ordered. I specifically told the agent the container I wanted. That container looks horrible. I have already written to you expressing my displeasure. I would give "0" stars if I could. My sister-inlaw had emergency surgery, I thought I was sending something that was attractive and cheerful. I also asked the agent to add a bow, she didn't do that either. PLEASE see the reply to my email

i usually love mcshan flowers but this one looks skimpy especially at the top! the flowers aren't opened. I am very disappointed

The McShane website photo shows 2 pink lillies. PINK roses. It's a baby girl. That's why I've chosen PINK lilies and PINK roses.

No!!! Flowers are supposed to be red/maroon Daisy. Very upset. I have been a customer at least 30 Years.

We did not order this, we ordered an $85 Teleflora's Pretty Pumpkin Bouquet. I am hoping the picture is a mistake and that our recipient got the right arrangement. 2143845043 is my cell number

Thank you for sending the image. I don't see any sunflowers like in the online image...? These look like filler flowers. Nothing like the image online.

They have better in the grocery stores!

Perhaps the photo doesn't do it justice but as someone who orders form you frequently, I am VERY let down by this one. This looks smaller than the one on the website and I upgraded to the top level, also colors are not very fall harvest and don't reflect what was shown on your site. 1 out of 5 this time.

No I do not like arrangement. It does not look like the online picture. The basket was supposed to be oval shape and not round. The colors could have been arranged better and not just green apples showing. If that is a orange it looks like a lemon.

I expected the roses to be mixed, not all the red roses on one side and all the white roses on the other. I called to complain and the lady made no effort to fix it. All she said was sorry. This was for my dad's funeral. So upsetting to have to deal with this during this difficult time.

Doesn't look like peach roses and gerbers to me. Not even close. Epic Fail. Needless to say i went somewhere else
