Disappointed. I called and spoke to a lady on the phone that I wanted the So Happy Your Mine flowers, but in a glass vase versus the yellow happy face mug. These flowers aren't anywhere close to that arrangement that I selected. This is even more of a disappointment after spending close to $100, where I could have gone to Kroger and gotten something closer to what I had picked for 1/4 of the price. Lesson learned. I won't be ordering again.

I have already called about this bouquet. It was not what I expected from McShans. It did not meet my expectations. I will only order due to the fact that in the past all flower arrangements have been more than beautiful.

The flowers were delivered to the cemetery late. They weren't available for the funeral service. I'm prone to asking for a refund since they never made it to the intended family.

Prices way up, size way, way, way down. I have been buying arrangements from McShan for decades (way before your current database existed). Never have I been so disappointed. I feel ripped off. Unlikely to ever order from McShan again. Sad.

Looks different than the photo listed on your website. Where is the ribbon? Looks very plain

Hello! These flowers look like they are stuffed in the vase. Not what i expected for a $100 arrangement. Ive seen you guys do arrangement much better than this.

I was not pleased at all. I ask for a spring bouquet and got more geeen than spring flowers. I may have to start using someone else. I hate to. Mcshan has been our florist for 55 years.

hello, this is not what i ordered at all what i ordered - it was to be pink roses and lillies. do not like it at all.

I am extremely unhappy with McShan. I requested that a photo of the arrangement be sent to me by TEXT, NOT EMAIL, and provided the phone number. I don't have regular access to email, but i check my phone for texts fairly often. I requested a photo of the arrangement IN ADVANCE.

We ordered and paid for a deluxe upgrade and are very disappointed in what they sent! I'm glad they sent a photo of the poor arrangement.

The flowers look very old and wilted. Doesn't look fresh at all. The roses are not the light color as in the picture online

This is not what I ordered. Very different from the picture on the website and not worth $102. Quite dissatisfied.

This does not look nearly as full as what is pictured online. I've always ordered from McShan and this is not the quality I am used to.

Look nothing like the photo. I ordered 2 arrangements. This one doesnt look as near as nice and the other order.

Was very disappointed. Was not at all what I was hoping for and My Mom was disappointed too. For the money paid, should have more flowers, less greenery and something besides carnations. Thank you for canceling the order and crediting my AMEX card.

I ordered a “green plant” for my friends Mother's funeral. I wanted an ALL green, no color plant. I don't like this plant!!! I know there's no time to change so, this will have to do.

I received a picture of the arrangement that was received from the recipient and I was not pleased at all...especially for the price I paid. It looked like a cheap imitation of the picture I selected. The roses were much darker and everything looked droopy and sparse. I was very disappointed.

This nothing like what I ordered - please revise this to be pink and purple. Very disappointed in this order, Not at all what I ordered, Where is the Cross? I'm very upset at this arrangement - Looks cheap and thrown together. When I place my order the lady said they had the Pink and orange like the picture I was ordering. Very ugly !!!!!

Had to get refund due to non delivery. First time in about 10 years that McShan missed delivery. Josie was upset that I wanted a refund stating that McShan and its delivery was only human. Being human myself, I felt it was okay to request a refund for no delivery. I guess only the employees of mcshan florist are the humans.
