I'm very disappointed with the flower arrangement! I've always had beautiful flowers from your florist, these look very cheap and my 7 year old could have done a better arrangement!!

Very disappointed flowers were not delivered. I hope the charges will be reversed. All I got was an apology no other compensation. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I don't have the words to express my true feelings.

I asked for white lilies with the pink star inside.... it is not a volume bouquet which it should b for the amount paid.

The pink roses were more faded green at the stem than pink. The arrangement looked old- not the usual quality of McShans. Poor quality. Disappointed

Looks a little old flowers need to be perky more yellow and burnt orange and rust for flowers even a pop of white would help You can ditch the roses to make it fuller and fall like

I am really disappointed as this looks nothing like the Teleflora's Country Pumpkin (Premium)that I ordered. For this to be Premium is sad.....there are no Gerber daisies!!

Totally not what I expected. When I placed my order over the phone the florist made me aware that the Lilies were not fully open, I said it was okay because they were eventually going to open. However, when I arrived at the shop, the bouquet look complete

You did not attach the card I wrote. You attached a card from someone else. If I had not gone to her house that day, she wouldn't have known who sent her the flowers.

These look great. But, they were suppose to be delivered today. Not yesterday. If these do not arrive at the venue by 2:00 today 11/8 I will be very upset.
