I am really disappointed as this looks nothing like the Teleflora's Country Pumpkin (Premium)that I ordered. For this to be Premium is sad.....there are no Gerber daisies!!

Totally not what I expected. When I placed my order over the phone the florist made me aware that the Lilies were not fully open, I said it was okay because they were eventually going to open. However, when I arrived at the shop, the bouquet look complete

You did not attach the card I wrote. You attached a card from someone else. If I had not gone to her house that day, she wouldn't have known who sent her the flowers.

These look great. But, they were suppose to be delivered today. Not yesterday. If these do not arrive at the venue by 2:00 today 11/8 I will be very upset.

I am so disappointed. The arrangement online had bright purple flowers. Not dark gloomy ones. I paid for premium.... what did you do extra? Terrible again. I have used you for many years but guess I am going to need a new florist!!!

The was they wanted to send out first. Look at their webpage, Your Golden Bouquet by Teleflora - Premium. The funeral was for a man. I wanted something more fall and manly. And a pretty vase they could keep. So disappointed.

Very sad and disappointed from my order. The flowers they wanted to send looked nothing like their website. They said they were out of items. I should have been told. They emailed me to show me the flowers, maybe let me know about the lack of flowers
