I am so disappointed. The arrangement online had bright purple flowers. Not dark gloomy ones. I paid for premium.... what did you do extra? Terrible again. I have used you for many years but guess I am going to need a new florist!!!

The was they wanted to send out first. Look at their webpage, Your Golden Bouquet by Teleflora - Premium. The funeral was for a man. I wanted something more fall and manly. And a pretty vase they could keep. So disappointed.

Very sad and disappointed from my order. The flowers they wanted to send looked nothing like their website. They said they were out of items. I should have been told. They emailed me to show me the flowers, maybe let me know about the lack of flowers

This is not what I ask for. I ask for a bouquet of each color and the queen bouquet to have all the colors.

I ordered the deluxe arrangement. This is quite disappointing as it looks nothing like the photograph on the website. It looks more like an arrangement I could buy at the grocery store. I've used McShan in the past and was very pleased. I'm embarrasse

This is NOT what I ordered! I ordered a bouquet in a wooden box that could be used for a table center piece. This is not even close to the item I ordered. It looks terrible!!!

It is very small and not as full and I upgraded to premium and less roses and lots of greenery that the one I ordered and up graded too the colors are not what I wanted and I am on the web page right now to make sure and the one online upgraded to premiu

Not a fan. Looks like a lot of carnations for a $125 bouquet of flowers. Normally you guys do such a good job. Disappointed.

I dont like that the stems show like that and its certainly not the quality I exspected one stem is sticking out higher I hope this wasn't the finished arrangement I'm not happy.
