The arrangement delivered does not look anything like the arrangement ordered. Very skimpy on flowers. Very disappointed. Not worth the money paid.

Disappointed in the size of bouquet as I specifically asked for a bigger one that what was pictured on website. This one was much smaller. In addition, I never received a reason or response after expressing my concern and disappointment.

This is difficult for me to say, but I am really disappointed in this arrangement. Especially for $100. This was for someone that I work with and her husband died. Honestly, I wish I hadn't sent anything, because at least from the photo, I'm embarrasse

My order cost $81 including tax and delivery, and you stuffed the vase with leaves and just a few flowers. Putting some sticks in it doesn't count. This seems not worth the price!

not what ordered! Should be Get Well Soon balloon - I selected Get Well in special occasions and made note on the special instructions. Snack Basket is very small. Will not order this again.

I came out there to order because I wanted this order rght. You could not fnd a sympathy card, so you said you would type one. The words , Deepest ,and sympathy were misspelled n the card. How embarrassing. This was nota mistake that shouldhave been made.

Disappointed. I ordered flowers and apparently they arrived a mess. The recipient contacted you all and this plant was sent as a replacement. I don't feel that this plant is worth the money I paid for your service.

I've seen this in previous orders and it was a much better presentation! Is there a shortage on helium? The balloons always reached the ribbon bow ... I am very disappointed. Tried to attached an example of a previous order but was unable.

My Sister's Plums were rotten. The Pear had rotten spots and there was no Cheese and Crackers. There was supposed to have been plenty of cheese. There were none in her basket. Totally, Dissatisfied.
