I ordered 12 yellow roses for a gravesite. They sent me a photo Of 4-5 roses and then told me there was 12 roses in the vase. I will NEVER trust them again.

This is a premium bouquet for $135? Very unimpressed. Weak. Should have been priced at half that. Almost embarrassed that I sent it.

This is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I CHOSE ONLINE... IM SOO DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. WHERE ARE THE FLOWERS AS SHOWN IN THE PICS. I PAID FOR DELUXE AND THIS ARRANGEMENT IS INENDATED WITH CARNATIONS?! I CALLED AND WAS HIGHLY CONCERNED WHEN I NOTICED

It is hard for me to believe that THAT is a $100 dollar arrangement. It looks more like a $39-49 piece. I requested a bright bouquet of 12 different color roses and instead it appears possibly half are pink or dark pink. The vase is a strange Silver oc

That doesn't look like what we discussed yesterday while at the shop I asked for a large arrangement with bright colored flowers nor does it look like $170 with of flowers.

The arrangement delivered does not look anything like the arrangement ordered. Very skimpy on flowers. Very disappointed. Not worth the money paid.

Disappointed in the size of bouquet as I specifically asked for a bigger one that what was pictured on website. This one was much smaller. In addition, I never received a reason or response after expressing my concern and disappointment.

This is difficult for me to say, but I am really disappointed in this arrangement. Especially for $100. This was for someone that I work with and her husband died. Honestly, I wish I hadn't sent anything, because at least from the photo, I'm embarrasse

My order cost $81 including tax and delivery, and you stuffed the vase with leaves and just a few flowers. Putting some sticks in it doesn't count. This seems not worth the price!

not what ordered! Should be Get Well Soon balloon - I selected Get Well in special occasions and made note on the special instructions. Snack Basket is very small. Will not order this again.
