$80 for this? After my family doing business with McShans for over 50 years this is a true disappointment

This is not what I was expecting for $75 plus delivery. It looks cheap and grocery store-esque. I am very disappointed.

flowers are a little welted

This is disappointing. There are only a few flowers, and I don't think this looks like an appropriate arrangement to welcome a new baby. For $80, this should be much better.

This was ordered as a basket designer's choice. This is a customer we order sympathy for often. Called back to discuss order with Charlotte and she told me it was not ordered that way. I know how I ordered this because I order wire outs for this business often. She wanted to argue with me on what I ordered.

Not what arrangement looked like on line. Look at the picture.

The most disappointing arrangement I have ever got from McShan

I'm very disappointed. That looks like the very same arrangement that was in your display case when I came in. It was priced at 165.00. I told the lady that waited on me that I liked the bird of paradise and the other flowers in it but I wanted to add 100.00 and get something bigger. I paid 280.00 with tax and delivery and got the 165.00 arrangement. Let's face it. You ripped me off. True story.

Not as expected! A fuller arrangement was expected. I specifically ask for baby's breath. Blue Ribbon missing as well.

For the first time ever, I'm disappointed in my arrangement. It doesn't look like the website picture and is much less vibrant with none of the peach flowers. It looks empty and sad.

Looks like some of these flowers are already dying. Do not like arrangements. Looks cheap.

Very disappointed, as this does not look like the photo that you have on your website for $110.00. It by no means is as full as the photo. Regrettable!!

This arrangement is disappointing. I requested Designers Choice $100.00 arrangement. I was envisioning a vase arrangement with blue flowers.

Very disappointed in the size of this arrangement. I paid a lot extra to have a fuller more sizable arrangement and you did not do that.

I am so disappointed in the flowers that was sent to Rest Haven Funeral Home, for Paula Gregg. There was some of them flowers already dying and a very small basket for the price. To be honest i was embarrassed.

Request for a blooming bright flower plant it was ugly and small

Beautiful but too small for almost $500.

Disappointing. Small arrangement for the up charge and did not include the Mylar balloon. I believe I'm due a refund on this one.

I wanted white flowers

This looks nothing like arrangement on website. Not happy with this sad plant. No flowers and no blue ribbon as discussed. I am not ordering from this florist anymore because this happens every time. I understand it can't look exact but it should look nice. Never does!!

I am totally dissatisfied with my order of roses. Not exactly what I ordered, and some are turning brown around the edges. I have never gotten anything like this before from you. I have asked to have them picked up, and not be charged. I will continue to use your service, but thios one is a no go. Things happen.

This looks nothing like the description. Half the size and nothing is blooming

I'm very disappointed in this arrangement. The one I picked out had no white carnations, a lot more roses and overall just more flowers and color. I deserve my money back!
