Looks like butterfies were substituted for the birds and nest without our consent. We selected the arrangement specifically for the birds that was on the website display because symbolizes family since the Mother lost her son...will not order from here again!

I was not pleased with this plant and bow. Next time I will go online so I can see what the arrangement looks like. After talking with my daughter she agreed it was pretty tacky.

I have been a member of McShan Florist for over 20 + years and I must say you guys are getting outrageous with them prices. Now you guys charged me $91.00 dollars for this little plant here. I could have bought 3 plants at Krogers are Albertson etc. for the price you guys charged me. It was so small I could NOT beleive my eyes. So looks like I am going to start buying my own plants and deliverying them myself. Because I know it is inflation but my GOD this is high way robbery. You guys should be ashame of yourself for doing this to customers.

The Sentiments of Serenity Spray delivered to Golden Gate Funeral Home today Friday, March 8, 2024, was NOT like the arrangement on the online picture. What was delivered was an arrangement with an abundance of greenery as the primary look with only the most minimal inclusion of white roses, white lilies and white carnations. The roses, lilies and carnations served as accents for the greenery rather than as the focus of the arrangement. What was delivered was not a presentation of the online description. Very disappointed. This is not what I ordered.

So very disappointed! Looks almost nothing like the picture presented online and I ordered the most expensive version of this arrangement! Online, this is SO MUCH whiter and with a different color vase, rather than just a bunch of green foliage with a few white flowers included. And this is for a family member's funeral! I've been a long time McShan customer, but I think McShan's is really slipping and losing their once stellar reputation with this kind of work.

I specifically ordered 1 dozen red roses! This is a standard arrangement I saw on your website, not the custom “just roses” arrangement. There was symbolism to it being all roses. Disappointing!!

This one is disappointing. You guys are always the best but this one has a grocery store vibe. The one picture online has a more modern vibe not just flower crammed in to a vase. I am so sorry to say this because in the past you have done amazing arrangements for me.

This was not at all like what I ordered and although it is pretty, it is not what I would choose for this occasion. I think you should have asked prior to making a change this drastic. My prior experiences with McShan have been positive so I am disappointed with this.

This is sad. I ordered two arrangements from you, one is absolutely beautiful. Just stunning. Then there's this. To be honest, it looks like a grocery store floral center reject. I love supporting ya'll because you do beautiful work and I love getting the pictures. But I'm really disappointed in this arrangement. I also haven't gotten the confirmation that it was delivered today 2/19 like it was supposed to be. Thank you.

I have been ordering from McShans for a while and the was the worst experience I have had be far. Flowers were not delivered until 6:00 PM the day of the order. Would like to have a discount applied to my next order or I will likely begin searching for a new florist.

There were only 5 Roses and there was supposed to have been 6 Roses. The chocolates were not delivered at the same time that the flowers were delivered and the box of chocolates were not placed inside a Mcshan bag . So what the picture shows is not what she received. Normally McShan delivers in excellence, I was not to happy, this time around. But I will always order from McShan on Garland Road. Thank you for the picture greatly appreciate it!
