                                    Very disappointed in the size of this arrangement. I paid a lot extra to have a fuller more sizable arrangement and you did not do that.

                                    I am so disappointed in the flowers that was sent to Rest Haven Funeral Home, for Paula Gregg. There was some of them flowers already dying  and a very small basket for the price.  To be honest i was embarrassed.

                                    This looks nothing like arrangement on website.  Not happy with this sad plant.  No flowers and no blue ribbon as discussed.  I am not ordering from this florist anymore because this happens every time.  I understand it can't look exact but it should look nice.                                     I am totally dissatisfied with my order of roses.  Not exactly what I ordered, and some are turning brown around the edges.  I have never gotten anything like this before from you.  I have asked to have them picked up, and not be charged.  I will continue to use your service, but thios one is a no go.                                     I specifically asked for a photo to be taken of the flowers at the gravesite. The person taking my order said that would be done. A stock photo of a flower arrangement is not an acceptable substitute.

                                    I have been ordering from McShans since early 2000 and never had an issue.  Ordered these flowers for administrative professionals day which was Wednesday, April 24.  The flowers delivered and in the picture were not like those displayed on the website, and I ordered the next level up.  When I received the picture, I emailed McShan with no response.    Delivery was to be April 24, I called about 100 pm to determine the location and they said delivered was schedule by 400 pm and i questioned why so late, it was apparent the person on the phone had no interest in solving my issue.Flowers were delivered exactly at 400 PM so the person had 1 hour to enjoy them in the office.                                     I'm so glad you sent me a picture.  The arrangement you sent, is NOTHING like the one I picked.  Doesn't have ANY of the flowers that are in my selection.
