Very dissappointed with delivery. The flowers were delivered at almost 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Therefore my wife never saw flowers until the next day. This has never happened. If it could not be done, why would you take the order?

Several of the roses were wilted again and turning brown like my last order. I doubt that I will purchase any more arrangements. Sad to see that Mcshan's quality has diminished. Our family has been customers for 3 decades

Worst customer service ever!!! Fail to deliver on time and then use lamest excuse ever!!! Two fails for the price of one. Will find another florist for the future.

Ms. Jones, I just went back and checked on your order. It does have 4 balloons. As this picture is from the front, you can only see 3, but there are 4 balloons - a pink, a green, a blue, and a yellow. Thank you!
