Not what I ordered:( it's supposed to be all bright reds, hot pinks, fushias and white for Birthday & late Valentine. That looks like dull mauves & lavenders... that can't be my arrangement. Please don't send it from me....

Did not recieve what the picture on the internet showed.I even paid extra for an upgrade.still not as big as the standard on the internet.....not happy at all. You can't compensate a missed opportunity by giving a refund. It's not always about the money.

This delivery was suppose to happen on the 13th of February. I called on the 14th and was told that mistake had been made on your part. My order was cancelled on the 14th because it was going to arrive late at the end of the day or not at all.

Flowers did not arrive on the day I scheduled them to arrive. I was told I needed to specify a time for delivery but a delivery time option was not available when I made my order.

My wife received her flowers for Valentines day and all the small roses were aleady dying and by today ALL the small roses are Black and she is not happy.

Did not deliver on Valentine's Day as ordered. They did give a $20 credit but were somewhat rude in the process. Very disappointed.

My order never arrived at my wife's place of employment. Even though the building consumes an entire city block, the drivers said he couldn't find the place. So, no Valentine's Day flowers for the wife. I had to go to plan b. So dissappointing.

I'll never use your flower shop again!!! My wife's flowers were not delivered until after closing hours and she didn't get to enjoy her flowers at work on Valentine's Day! I wish she had refused the order, I had placed it two weeks prior!!!!!

Very dissappointed with delivery. The flowers were delivered at almost 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Therefore my wife never saw flowers until the next day. This has never happened. If it could not be done, why would you take the order?

Several of the roses were wilted again and turning brown like my last order. I doubt that I will purchase any more arrangements. Sad to see that Mcshan's quality has diminished. Our family has been customers for 3 decades

A little disappointed as this looks nothing like what the arrangement looked like online. Not your best work. It would have been best if you hadn't sent a picture so I wouldn't feel like I could have purchased a better arrangement from my local market st

Worst customer service ever!!! Fail to deliver on time and then use lamest excuse ever!!! Two fails for the price of one. Will find another florist for the future.

Ms. Jones, I just went back and checked on your order. It does have 4 balloons. As this picture is from the front, you can only see 3, but there are 4 balloons - a pink, a green, a blue, and a yellow. Thank you!
