For paying extra for deluxe, it does not look like it. The order picture is fuller and the green spray is not like the description. Disappointing.

Wasn't impressed. The arrangement had more buds than opened flowers. I attended the funeral and it looked very bad.

Flowers were wilted and leaves had holes. One or two leaves looked like a dog bit them. They were for our anniversary/Valentine's Day and we were disappointed. I called for a replacement and none was sent out.

Did not recieve what the picture on the internet showed.I even paid extra for an upgrade.still not as big as the standard on the internet.....not happy at all. You can't compensate a missed opportunity by giving a refund. It's not always about the money.

This delivery was suppose to happen on the 13th of February. I called on the 14th and was told that mistake had been made on your part. My order was cancelled on the 14th because it was going to arrive late at the end of the day or not at all.

My order never arrived at my wife's place of employment. Even though the building consumes an entire city block, the drivers said he couldn't find the place. So, no Valentine's Day flowers for the wife. I had to go to plan b. So dissappointing.

I'll never use your flower shop again!!! My wife's flowers were not delivered until after closing hours and she didn't get to enjoy her flowers at work on Valentine's Day! I wish she had refused the order, I had placed it two weeks prior!!!!!
