What to the yellow smiling face cup that I paid for. I see you sent the wrong vase.

VERY NICE. Although I was expecting more tropicals in the arrangement based on Mau photo.

The arrangement is beautiful, but it was not for this service. This the centerpiece for Sunday. The one for the Wednesday services was smaller and had height. I was very disappointed with it. The other arrangements that I ordered for the pulpit was silk and they were delivered live. I hope that this review will be rectified by the weekend.

Have always been pleased until now. The lilly on the bottom was already going even in your photo and the roses were fully open no big deal until this am when the petals began falling off. I have ordered this same arrangement before and it was great. You want me 100 % happy? then refund my money and we will try again next anniversary this was number 56. Thanks

Well this was upsetting. I paid almost $200 and there is more green than anything. Nothing like the picture.

Overall during my sales call with representative C., I requested Bird of Paradise with Red Roses. Further, I asked what color BoP the florist had inasmuch I match my roses to the color. The rep assured me they had all types and she would send me a photo of the finished product for my retirement event. Photo not received. I also inquired about Military or Law Enforcement discounts. She said she thought so (20%), and show my I.D. when I picked up my bouquet. When I saw the bouquet on Saturday I was very disappointed. First, my roses didn't look fresh. Second, the color BoP did not compliment the color of the roses. I was on my way to the event and was the hostess. Tim

I ask that the peace plant have blooms. The lady I spoke with told me they had some with blooms. The picture I received NO blooms & not very pretty shape. When I called after seeing the photo she said they did not have one with blooms & that the rest of them in stock were not as pretty as this one. Since it's so late in the day I told her to go ahead & send this one but will probably not be ordering again. I have used McShans for probably 40 years & never had this problem. May be under new management. When you spend $60+ on a plant you expect it to be a pretty one & one with blooms as requested. Very disappointed

No I do not. It looks very cheap. Just because it is cheap doesn't mean it has to look it. Very very disappointed

The pic does not reflect pic for ordering. I was expecting yellow flowers; and more flowers. Also, I reached out yesterday to ask to add a note because I did not get prompted to leave a card

I am stunned by the poor quality of an arrangement I ordered. The picture depicted this beautiful bundle of yellow flowers. What I received was more box than flowers. I must say it's the first time I've had to give McShan a one rating.

Could you please have a manager reach out to me. I have already kicked this back via phone but would like to speak to someone about our account as this is the second time i have had to kick back an order in less than 30 days.

There are no flowers on it....only green.

It's nice but it's not as bright of colors as I requested for a summer vibe…it's not vibrant it's dark…but hopefully the gesture of itself will get the job done

That arrangement doesn't look like the one I picked on your website. It looks withered.

This is not what I ordered for my father's memorial service and at this point, it is too late. The photo on the website does not have greenery - I even paid extra for extra white roses. I am so disappointed because McShan has always done an excellent job but not this time.

These flowers are not arranged like that picture and the picture showed peach colored roses, not pink. I would not have chosen this arrangement if I knew you were going to put pink (or red) roses in it.

I ordered the very bright colored roses in this arrangement. I have ordered this arrangement before and it was very bright and vibrant roses. These roses appear to be a pastel and not as colorful as I was hoping for and thought I purchased.

I asked for a basket floral arrangement, not a plant. Very disappointed with this one.

Very beautiful

This order was NOT what I ordered. It was small, full of carnations, and the flowers were not fresh. I've ordered from you all for 20 years and was very disappointed. The next day you sent another arrangement - tropical one. O spent $140 total and the new arrangement did not meet the standard. Plus, they asked for the old arrangement back. Not classy.
