The flower arrangement in the photo looks beautiful. Unfortunately, my daughter in law never received the order. When she had not received it by 4:00 pm on April6 th I called the Florist and was advised it was out for delivery. At about 6:40 pm I received an e-mail stating the delivery could not be mede. "Need additional information." I had a copy of my receipt that was e- m ailed to me. All of the information was correct and my daughter never left the house that day. I cannot begin to tell you how upset and disappointed I was. Iit was after hours so I could not speak with anyone who could help me. I called the Florist first thing the next morning and spoke with Susie who was very professional. She looked at the driver's note and confirmed that the information was complete for delivery. She agreed to reimburse my credit card due to this service failure. Very dissapointing.

The ribbons are different shapes of red and make it look odd. I don't understand the ugly white flowers? I am also confused as to why it just looks so busy, thrown together? I'm sad that it's not what I ordered.

This is not the picture I chose from on the site. The amount of roses here appears to have been replaced with carnations and gerbera daisy's. I do not feel as though it is valued at that price we spent as shown. The picture I chose from had many more roses, some smaller but, less "filler" flowers. Had I known I would have chosen something else. This does not look luxury like the photo on the website. Disappointing.

Very disappointed in this arrangement. It does not look anything like the online picture, doesn't even have the same vase that I specifically inquired about upon ordering. This arrangement is far too open all around the top for the price paid. The blue flowers are a much darker blue than the online picture. Again, doesn't look anything like what the online picture shows, which was what I ordered. This particular order was a very important order and quite disappointed that it looks so very different than the picture I ordered from.

This order was to be delivered for bereavement leave to New Orleans two weeks ago. I just found out yesterday there was a mistake, and it was never delivered. The only way I knew the recipients daughter informed me that she had not received anything. It's a poor mistake that no one called me to inform me it was not delivered. I've been a customer of McShan for probably 30 years if not more. Never had this happen. This plant should not be delivered. I called this morning and spoke to Kimberly to decline the delivery. The daughter does not want it.

The arrangement is beautiful, but it was not for this service. This the centerpiece for Sunday. The one for the Wednesday services was smaller and had height. I was very disappointed with it. The other arrangements that I ordered for the pulpit was silk and they were delivered live. I hope that this review will be rectified by the weekend.

Have always been pleased until now. The lilly on the bottom was already going even in your photo and the roses were fully open no big deal until this am when the petals began falling off. I have ordered this same arrangement before and it was great. You want me 100 % happy? then refund my money and we will try again next anniversary this was number 56. Thanks

Overall during my sales call with representative C., I requested Bird of Paradise with Red Roses. Further, I asked what color BoP the florist had inasmuch I match my roses to the color. The rep assured me they had all types and she would send me a photo of the finished product for my retirement event. Photo not received. I also inquired about Military or Law Enforcement discounts. She said she thought so (20%), and show my I.D. when I picked up my bouquet. When I saw the bouquet on Saturday I was very disappointed. First, my roses didn't look fresh. Second, the color BoP did not compliment the color of the roses. I was on my way to the event and was the hostess. Tim
