I was very disappointed. This was a tiny bouquet, with just a couple of flowers and definitely not worth what I paid for it.

Very disappointed in the arrangement my wife received! The arrangement is very small compared to the price that I paid!

The wristlet pictured here is not what was shown at the store. This wristlet is made of rose buds not the actual rise pictured on your website as what was shown in the store.

First time for everything. I just spoke to your office because this is not what I had requested. Susie and I discussed Blues like on the website photo. Hoping this can get corrected and out the door because I has asked for an early delivery.

I have been ordering from McShans since early 2000 and never had an issue. Ordered these flowers for administrative professionals day which was Wednesday, April 24. The flowers delivered and in the picture were not like those displayed on the website, and I ordered the next level up. When I received the picture, I emailed McShan with no response. Delivery was to be April 24, I called about 100 pm to determine the location and they said delivered was schedule by 400 pm and i questioned why so late, it was apparent the person on the phone had no interest in solving my issue.Flowers were delivered exactly at 400 PM so the person had 1 hour to enjoy them in the office. This will be my last order.

I'm so glad you sent me a picture. The arrangement you sent, is NOTHING like the one I picked. Doesn't have ANY of the flowers that are in my selection. Will NOT be using McShan EVER again! I've been a McShan customer for many years.

The arrangement in the photo is beautiful, however it is not at the funeral service/location I ordered it for. Very disappointed and expecting to be compensated.

Not satisfied at all. The plant was placed in another pay and soil dump on it to fill the pot. Soil was loose and dry. Not firmly packed. Looked like an after thought.

I don't like the arrangement. It looks nothing like the picture I saw on your website yesterday. I am not a fan of whatever purple flower you incorporated into the arrangement.

I was specific and went into detailmabout a corsage feature i wanted in the arrangement and paid extra for it. You did it last year without issue, but it was, apparently, missing this year

The roses were fine, but the greenery was old and wilting. I noticed this in the photo, and the recipient complained about it. I am looking for a partial refund on this order. Stan Thomas, 214-682-8660.

Order was supposed to be all tulips for $100 no filler

Looks like butterfies were substituted for the birds and nest without our consent. We selected the arrangement specifically for the birds that was on the website display because symbolizes family since the Mother lost her son...will not order from here again!

Really disappointed they look like they are wilted. Big gapping holes in arrangement. Not worth $500.

I was not pleased with this plant and bow. Next time I will go online so I can see what the arrangement looks like. After talking with my daughter she agreed it was pretty tacky.
