I was disappointed with plant it was very small. The sales person said the original plant I had seleted was a foot long and foot wide. Therefore, I decided to up the price only to find the plant was much smaller then what it was described. The picture

The arrangement was very small even though I paid the extra $10 for deluxe. The carnations looked very cheap.

Had to send the first one back didn't have any of the flowers that the picture shows ( no roses ) and some of the carnations were already dead. So u sent out another one , still no roses but just kept it anyway

Doesn't have as many flowers as on your website. There was a least 14 red flowers and about the same white ones. This is very skimpy.

That is nothing like what I ordered! Those are cheap flowers! I am very disappointed! You should refund part of my money! A vase of mums doesn't cost $80! I AM MAD!!! My aunt is very ill in the hospital & you sent this pitiful mess to her & it cost nearly

This is the first time that I have been SO disappointed in an arrangement from you! I even paid the extra $10.00 for the "Deluxe" and this looks about half as full as the example on your website! I expect a refund or something!
