Order was never delivered. I'm waiting for a refund back to my bank card. This is the second time McShan's has done this. Will not use them again. Too bad I can't give them zero stars.

Hated this arrangement. Very small for the price. I have never had a problem before and have never complained until now. I hate Teleflora. Should not have ordered on line and won't again.

Unless the arrangement is much much larger than it looks in the picture, I am very disappointed. This does not look like a $250 arrangement. I would like for someone to call me before this is delivered. Very disappointed.

?? I was quoted $70 for an arrangement like this but it was to include some stargazer lilies. I thought the first pic you sent me showed some but the lilies were white and not pink. I thought all stargazers were pink.

This looks nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, but the two main flowers, the lilies and the roses are completely missing and replaced with carnations!

I asked for an azalea plant to be delivered. With that said I was told that they would insert two azalea plants in this planter. I do not see two or even one azalea. This planter looks very cheap for I was charged for. Not happy.

Flowers were delivered 10 minutes before my Lady fot off work..I had to call to get Mcshan to expedite delivery..poor policy to get Birthday Flowers at end of special day...totally unacceptable!!

disappointed. received this arrangement Thursday and by Saturday morning, both the orange roses and the baby roses were wilted and dying. i followed instructions for watering. I expected at least a week before this happened. very disappointed.

For the cost of these flowers I would have expected a significantly bigger presentation. The flowers were nice but I have ordered flowers for half the cost that were twice as big. Very disappointed
