After submitting a request for delivery at aprox 7:45am on 9 May (Friday) I was notified at 5:00pm that the driver wasn't able to deliver flowers to the Richards Group in Dallas. I then asked that the Flowers be delivered to our home on Saturday Morning

Have always ordered from McSvan but never again. The bouquet looked half wilted in the picture. Emailed same day I placed the order asking if pink or lavender could be substituted for the yellow roses. Received an email back that you would do that. Bouque

William, The tulips turn towards the light, and they react to temperature changes. Should you receive the flowers and are not 100% satisfied, please let us know. We are happy to make it right in any way that we can.

This looks nothing like the ftd arrangement Please remove the red and put something pink as in the arrangement pictured on FTD Please put the yellow roses throughout not clumped in the top And is there more then one sunflower?

I am not happy with the looks of this flower arrangement at all. I even upgraded to premier $50.00 more. This does not look like a $300.00 arrangement. Look at the glob of flowers at the bottom right. This is suppose to be over the top mothers day arrange
