It really doesn't look like the picture on the website that I based my decision on. I think the bear should be unwrapped too.

I was hoping for something nicer with flowers. Jewell of the Nile Lily in bloom maybe. I could buy this at krogers.

On the phone with McShan's right now. This arrangement is awful and looks nothing like Dressed to Impress on your website. It's half the fullness of the picture, and I had it upgraded. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!

Not at all what I requested. Rep paid no attention what so ever to the instructions given and one older lady in particular over the phone was rude and short which I have experience a lot over the years wth this company.

I don't think your mini arrangements for a babies funeral should cost as much as your grown person size. Also, I think it is absured that you charge $14.00 to deliver :( Some of the daisies were a bit wilted :*( Also I ask for light blue flowers to run
