Not too happy with flowers. Also had a hard time with delivery name and order name. I think I'll try someone else next time.

There was supposed to be pink roses in this arrangement. This doesn't look like the picture I chose from your website. I'm not rating this with 5 stars only 2 stars

I thought it would have been dresser than photo. I could have gotten a &9.99 poinsetta from walmart amd tied a bow. The price of stupidity.

This is not what I expected at all. I asked for ALL WHITE flowers.

On line the colors of the flowers were a Rust/Orange not multi colored - I would not have chosen this with these color flowers - this is not my not my normal experience with McShans I am normally 100% satisficed

In honesty, the colors were super muted and dull in person and the wreath looked like it was artificial. I was surprised when I saw it. It was a little smaller than I anticipated, but that would have not bothered me as much if the flowers would have been more vibrant and alive looking. Not sure if it was how tightly the flowers were on the foam, they seem really compacted.....not sure what would have given it a better presentation. Thanks-

Birds of Paradise are tropical, aside from the greenery, nothing else in this arrangement is tropical???

No, I don't. I asked for an arrangement for a man. To me, there is not enough color in it. To dull.

Very disappointed in arrangement. Had ask for Calla Lilys, some carnations, all white. Arrangement had 2 Calla lilies, 1 hydrangeas, the rest were carnations.

Have always had wonderful luck with any of our previous orders, but this one was a disappointment for us!

This doesn't really look like $75 worth of flowers. And the arrangement has pink AND red flowers? There is no color palette here.

This does NOT look like what I ordered for over $200 . The picture online had ALOT more flowers on it . You need to add more flowers or give me a partial refund. Look at your picture online. You usually do great . Disappointed .

It was a lovely arrangement, but it was frustrating to me that you advertised an add-on as available when, in fact, it wasn't. I wanted to send the flowers AND a bottle of Prosecco. I felt that the advertising was false and as such, I felt misled.

The arrangement was nice, however, it was very small. Needless to say I was just disappointed & embarrassed . I placed two orders ( one for wk & one personally). The spray was fabulous ! This seemed dwarfed. The costs were not that far apart

Disappointed considering the price I paid. The arrangement looked cheaper than what I paid for. I will not use you all again. Sorry.

Im grateful for the excellent customer service, including the offer to refund the item but for the price, this order should've been 3 times the size.

I use y'all all the time and generally love working with you. I specifically asked for pink roses. These roses are pink and white.

It wasn't a vibrant happy plant to send to someone that is ill. The plant didn't have a bright happy floral; it was dark and dreary. Perhaps it is my fault.

Doesn't seem that great for $100. :(

I was very grateful to get same day delivery for a forgotten event/date. However, the floral arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the picture depicted. It had a good bit of red in it and the picture had no red flora in it. Very disappointing.

I was expecting more. I looked on another florist's sight and for $70.00 I could have gotten pink roses and many more lilies than are in here and this just looks like you stuck them all together. They are not even in the middle. Not to mention the pinkish little roses are awful with those orange flowers. And where is the vase they are in. I grew up using McShan Florist and will definitely think more before calling again. I am very disappointed. Only good thing is they will be delivered today, and I do appreciate the photo.
