Spray was sad looking, flowers poorly placed and appeared drooping, tulips were days from opening, and requested words on ribbon wasn't included. You normally produce excellent flowers but this was an expensive disappointment.

This was the worst arrangement I have had delivered from you guys. It just looks sloppy. This would bring me down even more seeing someone sent it to me on the loss of my loved one. Nothing is uplifting about this arrangement, it's so sad looking.

The plant was too skimpy. It was not full enough. The pole was too tall. You could see more pole than plant leaves. I could have had you to add additional plants if I would have known before it was sent out for delivery. The flower container and bow was nice. I have been a customer for over 30 years. This is the first time I wasn't completely satisfied. I will continue to use McShan Florist.

I was not really very happy. It was very small for over $100. I have always used McShan's.....for many years and have never been disappointed. This time I was kind of embarrassed. I ordered a funeral basket of flowers! I wanted Christmas colors......

I always love the arrangements I order from McShan Florist. And I love getting pictures of the actual arrangement that is getting delivered. However, I don't believe this one looks like the picture online.

Sent flowers to an apartment but they didnt read instructions and failed delivery on first day (saying the person didnt work there when clearly it was for someone living at the apartments and not working for them). The re delivered but failed to tell concierge to notify the tenant they had arrived and also failed to confirm the had re-delivered the flowers. Fail

This was $180 and then I got charged another $5 on top of delivery fee to deliver locally in Dallas before noon. It didn't. Come until after 1 pm. To top it off, they called recipient to tell them that and ruined the surprise! I would not be ordering from here again.

Im disappointed. The photo on your web page had more flowers not 3/4 fillers and 1/4 flowers. If I had Seen this before I would not have ordered. I got $91.00 worth of greenery and delivery.

The on-line picture or the Teleflor's Blooming Beauty Bouquet was bright and cheerful and well-balanced. The one sent is drab and lopsided. I really expected better quality. So sorry to give a bad review. I hope it looks better than the picture.
