Where are the bells of Ireland I ordered?

The roses almost red ordered pink, vase not as pictured on line, star gazers look too closed for today's service. Disappointed compared to the online photo I viewed. I'm glad to get the photo and hope they will get it improved prior to today's service.

I specifically asked for no red roses, and a low, compact design. Both requests are noted on my receipt. I am disappointed this arrangement does not reflect that.

Ordered With Distinction Classic size (T240-1B) but it doesn't look quite as good as the picture shown on the website. It looks worse than the Value size. Missing blue flowers as shown in the picture online. We have been using McShan Florist for decades. This is not the quality we would expect.

I appreciate the picture, but I'm afraid it doesn't resemble the picture of what I ordered very much. There are no white lillies or blue hydrangeas. Thanks

Not what I ordered. I wanted a peace Lily in a ceramic pot.

I was disappointed when I saw the photo of the arrangement that was delivered. I was considerably smaller than the item I chose to be delivered.

This really doesn't look like what I ordered.

The wrong size was sent. I paid for Deluxe and they sent the Value size.

Did not get a photo before delivery as promised Not the balloon I ordered

For the price it looks rather small??

We made a special trip to McShan's& pulled the desired flowers, specifying in writing also such things as two tone (stems of very, very pale pink with deep purple centers) butterfly orchids, light pink roses and cool tone, silver leaf greenery. In addition, photos were taken of the items we pulled ( they were out of light pink roses that day but assured us more would be available before the service, but pink garden roses were in the photo, both of which we wanted). However, none of the aforementioned was included and dark greenery was used. The casket "spray" which is supposed to have a spray effect,(upward, light and airy, featuring the more special flowers prominently), was instead more like a blanket, dense, lying down and flat. Very disappointing.

Provided feedback back already. Disappointed

This picture of the flowers does not look like the order which was placed. The order placed was a $110.00 arrangement and this does not appear to be that. Disappointed if that is what you delivered the physician

The photo on your online website shows a dark brown container which would be suitable for a funeral. The actual delivered plant was in a galvanized tub which does not look at all appropriate for a funeral. The plants themselves look great, but I'm embarrassed that it was delivered in a galvanized tub. Far too casual for a funeral. I thought McShan would know better. I'm sorry I recommended your shop to other family members for this funeral. Yes I like getting a photo.

I was somewhat disappointed. I asked for Royal blue netting under the flower corsage but I received blue ribbon instead. I only asked for silver ribbon which was fine, but the blue ribbon should have been see thru Royal blue netting. Disappointed.

I have been doing business with McShane for years and this is the first time I've been disappointed with the finished work. The spray did not look like the website and I was told after calling them and asking for it to be corrected it would be. Well the finished work is not quality and for the price I'm very disappointed. This spray was in honor of my dear friend who God called home. She doesn't deserve to have any disappointments.

Nice bouquet but is nothing like the bouquet I chose. Disappointed as the florist has always created bouquets close to the ad photo.

Order was suppose to be purple cali Lilies and white stargazers lilies. The white cali lilies began to turn brown and wither their second day of receipt

I paid extra to have them delivered between 12pm and 2pm on Friday, May 6th but they did not arrive until after 4pm. Also when the flowers arrived the yellow stargazer lilies were already beginning to wilt and curl on the edges. This is not the kind of service I have grown to love from McShans.

The bouquet looks underwhelming in this photo. Hope it looked nicer in person.

Flowers were left on the porch but thankfully my mother found them fairly quickly. After delivery on Friday, they were wilting pretty badly by Mother's Day. I was not impressed.
