It looks sparse. I had expected more purple fetch and baby's breath. I see 8 roses. I am sure the other four are on other side.

Very simple not what I expected at all.

The flowers were beautifully arranged, however, the stems were a bit long, which made the flowers sit uncentered in the container. On my last order, there was a typo on the card. Both incidents are things that I wanted to be sure to bring to your attention because they take away from your typical mark of excellence.

Not that please for what I paid. It was kind of skimpy!!! Not please at all!!

The color of this arrangement are completely different then what I ordered from your picture on the website. If I wanted these colors I would have chosen them. I paid extra to order from McShan because your arrangements are always wonderful. Very disappointed you changed what I selected.

Looks nice, but this mainly looks like mums and carnations. Is this an $80 arrangement?

I was really disappointed with the pink flowers. Arrangement was nice except for the pink flowers. They were already turning brown you could tell they were not fresh upon delivery. Made the plant look bad. Time of delivery was good.

Very Disappointed!!!! The size of the flower arrangement was smaller than I expected from the picture when ordering and the $216.26 I paid. I also paid extra to have the arrangement delivered before noon. I STAYED HOME TO BE HERE. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED BEFORE NOON!!! IT WAS AFTER 1:00.

Was expecting the larger flowers to be pink and magnolias white. The color combination could be better even if the colors were changed.

I like getting the photo, but it does not look like the one on your website. Too much green

What I ordered looks very little like what was delivered. The on line arrangement was much brighter and included more greens and hot pinks. What was delivered is muted and the yellow jumps out. :( Disappointed. I do appreciate seeing a photo of what was delivered.

Nice, but doesn't look like the picture when I ordered it. Looks a little sparse.

It's lovely but I asked for an arrangement that would spread on the table…urn was to go behind.

I would have preferred something a little brighter - full summer hues.

Did not look like the picture, too much yellow, which clashed with the other colors. Pink were the colors of choice.

I am a little disappointed. This arrangement doesn't even closely resemble the arrangement I selected. I have purchased this arrangement more than once before, and they were beautiful spring colors. I think the red and yellow are a little heavy this time of year. Not upset, just wanted you to know my concern since we are a very regular customer. The arrangement appears to be missing the "rock" that was in the photo on the website....a key part of why I chose this one. Is it there and I cannot see it? Will adjust the stars based on response. Thank you

Unfortunately, this does not look at all as pictured. This is for an employees' mother's death. This would not bring a smile to my face.

It's better than the first one. Your photos online are very deceiving. I wish the arrangement looked more like the photo. We purchase from yall 5-6 times a year and this is the worst arrangement we have ever received

Actually, very disappointed in this one. For the money spent it is very small and not worth the money paid. We have used McShan Florist for years and this is the least favorite of all of them. Thanks, Disappointed.
