Thanks for the photo. I appreciate it. The flowers look lovely as they are however I am disappointed in my order. I ordered this arrangement largely for the purple tulips that were shown in the original photo when I ordered it. I also expected it to be fuller as I paid to upgrade the arrangement to a deluxe from the standard version. This arrangement looks like fewer flowers than the standard version shown online. Aside from that, the online ordering process was seamless.

I like getting a photo. They are ok. I had asked for some yellow and white daisies. I hope they are fresh and will continue to open up. I had asked the person on the phone for yellow and white colors but she seemed to make the decision for me. I had mentioned a specific one you had on your website...this doesn't really look like it.

I always try to order from McShan Florist if the delivery address is within your delivery area. This is the first time I have not been pleased with the finished product. When I saw the plant at the funeral home at the visitation it looked terrible and the pot it was in looked very inexpensive. I think it should have been a little bigger and in a better pot for the price of my order. Thanks, Theresa

That looks very little like the picture I ordered it from. There are no roses and completely different flowers. I'm disappointed. You usually do a much better job.

I am disappointed. It is missing a lot of the lighter brighter components and looks dark to me. I don't see any of the lighter pink stems, the light gray-ish filler leaves, the tiny seed-like bright green stems, nor the tiny bright purple blooms. I apologize for not knowing the names of the missing components. If I could submit a photo of them, I would.

The flower arrangement was not anything like it was suppose to be. I called and the flowers had already been delivered. They were suppose to send me a picture before it was delivered. The problem was the gladiolus were not open and had very little color on them and there was way to much greenery. We have been doing busy with them over 30 years and have never had a problem like this. I have never been so disappointed in their arrangements. Usually they are beautiful. They did make a new arrangement and added more color but still didn't have any glads they were in bloom. The funeral was Friday and there was a little more color on a couple of the glads.

I wasn't very impressed by my experience with McShan. I gave specific details on how to deliver the flowers to a specific room at a hospital, and the first 3 deliveries failed because they were trying to deliver to ICU instead of the room I specifically spelled out.

I'm not pleased, looks less than expected. The requested white bow would have offset the look of "just something thrown together." Is that a long empty stem in the back?

I am sadly disappointed. The picture on your website was full of red roses, not red carnations. This is for a tea for a special young lady. I cried when I saw this.

I was not completely satisfied with this floral arrangement. I saw it on the same day that it was delivered. Some of the leaves were bruised with brown streaks on them. Options were limited for floor-size arrangements; however, this did not represent the online photo, nor did it measure up to a $108 satisfaction level. My plant looked like a bald headed eagle sitting beside other arrangements of equal value. 😢😢. It was so embarrassing. I WILL CONTINUE to use McShan, but I will try to be more cautious with floral selections. Perhaps sending a photo of the actual plant prior to purchasing might help customers: especially when inventory is limited. Thank you McShan Florist

I'm giving a 3, because I paid $10.00 extra to add 2 balloons. One for my granddaughter birthday and one for Happy Valentines Day. She only received a Valentine's balloon. I also paid an extra $15.00 for a mid size teddy bear, instead she received a small raccoon. I was so disappointed.

It's a beautiful arrangement but it certainly does not look like an arrangement for a new baby boy. And the picture on the website shows it having It's a Boy blue picks in it.

website is easy to use, delivery timing and communication were great, but the flower quality was poor. even at delivery, all the smaller flowers and calla lilies were browning and wilting on the edges, by the end of the night my wife voiced her disappointment in the quality. from elation at the time she got them, to disappointment a few hours later. by the next morning most were really sad looking and she was visibly bummed. grocery store flowers last way longer. you have always done an exceptional job in the past which is why I didn't hesitate spending over $400 but that won't happen again and unfortunately may have to find a new florist after years.

Initially very disappointed when I arrived to pick up the arrangement at 10 am on Valentine Day. I don't usually complain, but I've been using McShan Florist since my first girl friend in 1972. My parents before that! Look at the picture you sent me. Even worse in person. I could not give this to my daughter. You did remake it causing me to have to make another trip at 3pm. The remake was better. Thanks. I've been giving my daughters flowers on this occasion for 34 years. My wife reminded me that I wasn't very pleased for the last couple years. I'm not sure what has happened at this McShan, but it looks like time to change for me. You have been outstanding for many, many years and very dependable. Hope you get back to your days of true excellence!!

Love getting a photo, but the arrangement does not look worth the amount of money that was paid for it. What a disappointment. I have in the past always felt like McShan was the best which is why I went with you all. This does not show the best. Maybe it is because all the other flowers are buds but they are also all on one side of the arrangement instead of placed throughout which is another disappointment. Looks like we need to find another florist.

It looks from the picture that they are just opening. When they bloom out, they should be white and full. The outer petals generally have some spots on them as they guard the delicate interior. If you have any further problems or questions, please feel free to reach out at help@mcshan.com

The arrangement was originally nice, but the next day the flowers I assume are green hydrangeas were dead and drooping. For the price I paid, I didn't expect the flowers to be dead the next day, but maybe there's something I don't know and can be explained. I was embarrassed because I couldn't explain to the recipient what had happened. Maybe I should've ordered her roses unstead. I emailed the photos to the customer service email address the day after delivery.

Not very fresh looking to be premium. These will be falling apart by Monday, Valentines Day. I thought since I would help you our & take early delivery, the flowers would be fresher...I could have gotten much prettier flowers at Kroger, at a much better price!
