If I am being honest this looks closer to the value or mid grade co.pared to the deluxe shown on the website. It also seems to be missing a lot of the little pink ones shown on deluxe picture. I understand it wont look the exact same but for 180 dollars which included a 13 dollar tip I just expected a little more

The picture that I ordered had more Orchids towering over the plant. The butterflies with the beautiful white flowers accented the whole arrangement. This plant looks very dull and not uplifting. Very disappointed.

If this is your premium arrangement, I'm certainly glad I didn't go with standard arrangement. I wanted something special but could not get a rep on the phone. Used this florist since the 80's. Very disappointed.

This looks less full than the picture, but when I go back I cannot tell the difference between the value and the premium I paid for. I guess the hydrangeas are not as full??? It just looks sad. We love McShans but this is not up to the standard I am accustomed to

I am very disappointed that the 1st attempt delivery was not done right. how embarassing for both recipeints. It kind of took the joy out of the ill friend receiving the right gift on the 1st time.

Roses were already bloomed at 5:00 pm deliver time. Next morning, rose pedals were already dropping off. Requested replacement order, unacceptable for $100+ cost. Not a good standard quality delivery for McShans. Customers since 1970s. Not sure I'll we'll be calling for next service need.

The photo on your website was a beautiful white ceramic pot sitting on a wooden stand. I'm very unhappy with this worn blue wood box. Not what I ordered for a friend who's parents just passed away.

Even though these flowers were beautiful, I specifically asked that ABSOLUTELY NO CARNATIONS BE IN THIS ARRANGEMENT. As you can see it is full of pink carnations. You did not listen to my verbal request nor did you read the Additional Instructions in the online form.

This doesn't seem as special as I had asked for. It doesn't have silver bling. There's too much heavy greenery. The gold sticks look odd.

I am not picky and McShan arrangements are always beautiful and that's why I ordered from you, but I'm not extremely happy with this arrangement. It looks more bare and lopsided than I would expect. I also highly dislike the orange ribbon …the color and that it covers the few flowers on the arrangement. Does it match anything in the floral design? I'm disappointed because this is my children's arrangement for their grandfather. I'm sorry, but it doesn't look like what expected. I feel it needs just a few more flowers on the left because with the banner, it looks unbalanced to me.

I appreciated getting the photo. However, it showed me that you did not send what I ordered. My order was for the Deluxe Monet Poinsettia, not a standard red poinsettia. Was the Monet poinsettia not available? Should I explicitly state no substitutions if I order from you again?

Very disappointed. I paid for deluxe, this doesn't look as nice as the pictured normal arrangement. It frankly is not as nice as something I might have grabbed at Whole Foods. Will not order from here again.
