I'm disappointed with my order - you guys usually do a great job. Where is the ribbon around the planter & there are no blooms coming from the plant. This looks nothing like the usually plant I order from you guys. For the money I pay -this is not what I expected. Not happy right now.

Boring and average looking. Nothing like the photo that I selected. Disappointed. Could have purchased a big pile of fruit from the grocery store, stuck it in a common basket and saved a lot of money. Won't order this again. The photo was very stylish, and looked like a nice present for my friends. This doesn't.

The arrangement was to honor a stillborn and his family during this difficult time. The arrangement arrived after the service was over, even after I paid the extra fee and made extra notes in the comments to please be on time. I called to ask where the arrangement was, and the receptionist actually was very aggressive. I asked her to please give me a chance to speak, to at least explain why this is so important. She explained her manager is never wrong. (As I am looking at the confirmation order with all my notes.) Then she tells me... next time just call to place your order, online orders are hard. We have used this Florist in the past... and we were hoping to start using them again as our main florist. It would of been great if the flowers would of arrived on time, without having to deal with a rude receptionist to honor this family.

I give up. I wish McShan wasn't our only choice for florists at Baylor. I asked for a bigger vase like in the online picture. It still doesn't look like the one on line, no matter what side of the arrangement is taken.

This arrangement did not resemble the image on the McShan Florist website. I was informed the basket would be different, but did not expect such an inferior substitution. Additionally, the violets were supposed to be the same color, but one plant was lighter and smaller than the Internet depiction. Disappointed.

The flowers do not look fresh, not at all like the picture online. Also, I received a photo after the flowers were delivered, left outside an apartment door on a hot summer day. Did you not call the recipient to let her know that flowers were delivered. I expected better from McShan.

I order standing spray w/red carnation. First Order for Faye winters, June 29h, Perfect. Second Order for Julia Walker, July 6th, THis is what I received. The order was the same, only to discover I need to provide more details, as designers take the liberty to create what looks good to them. Appreciate the offer from the clerk willing to redo, just didn't want to waste the flowers.

After the expensive arrangement not looking like the original photo (different flowers and color scheme looking more like a Fall arrangement rather than a Summer one), then receiving an email that the delivery couldn't be made to my house I was a bit frustrated, to say the least. The arrangement was darker than I wanted but I wanted my mom to get the flowers ON her birthday. So we kept it. The email that the delivery couldn't be made was a mistake according to McShan's. I honestly expected a courtesy call or some type of credit, given all that happened. So, I was disappointed this time around in McShan's.

Why did you put dark red flowers in the planter? It doesn't even look like the picture that I ordered You could have put something lighter in pink & white if you didn't have the flowers in the picture. This is disappointing!

I'm confused as to why the red flowers in the center looked soooo different than the pictures online. Customers like myself look at pictures (on your website) and then order with the hopes of expecting something similar..extremely disappointed..and embarrassed. I ordered on behalf of the deceased's siblings and nieces / nephews.

I'm so disappointed. I was expecting it to look like the picture online…unfortunately the flowers were wilted / dying and there were not as many flowers as on the pictures online. I've been ordering funerals flowers on behalf of my family for many years now…never been so disappointed with funeral sprays.

I ordered red roses and you initially filled the order with white. Luckily I called you and got it changed before delivery to red that I ordered. The red roses were not fresh. I would expect them to last 5 - 7 days. Today is day 3 and they are dark on
