The greenery was not like the picture showed. I thought it had pink roses mixed in. Not happy with arrangement.

I am very disappointed. The picture that I saw on your website had color and flowers. This is lovely greenery but I ordered with color, to brighten a sad day

Looks cheap compared to the pic on your website. Different lower quality basket, mix-matched colors, cheap ribbon. I guess I got what I paid for.

I really loved getting a picture. However I am disappointed in the arrangement. I took a screen shot of what I thought I was getting vs what I am actually getting and it's not close. I was hoping for bright and feminine. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again.

Not what I ordered, about half the size, first time I have been disappointed with them. I called after I got picture and was told they were out of what I ordered, but on website it gives them right to substitute, but come on, half the size! Not pleased

This is not what I ordered and I DO NOT like the plant. If you can't deliver a peace lily as ordered, please cancel my order and advise that it has been cancelled

We love most all arrangements you make and although I love the individual flowers, I don't care for the color choices. They do not compliment one another at all. :(

I ordered a dozen. I do not see a dozen.

The spray is beautiful. The Peace Lily is not what I ordered, very disappointed.

The log is not white like in the picture I ordered from. That was one of the main reasons I picked it. And, the flowers are too pale pink. The ones in the original were dark pink. I paid extra for deluxe and don't feel it's deluxe at all and not the right colors.

This is not a good view of this arrangement.

I asked for a square basket. I should of been notified if the square baskets were not available. I'm really disappointed with this product.

I was not Happy or Satisfied with the arrangement you sent to the Family of my deceased Brother. The Vase you put the arrangements in was Beautiful, but I certainly thought that it should have been a lot Fuller. I asked if $75.00 Dollars was good enough for a nice Size Dish Garden Plant. My Brother and Daughters and I was embarrassed to show we sent that arrangement. What really is Sad my Sister Inlaw Thinks the World of You and Uses You frequently. If that is How You Treat Your Patrons Shame on You. I Should have went through My Forest at home in Pennsylvania. I'm Sorry I have to Complain because I really am not that type of a Person, that is really Why I Chose Not to Call You. But sense You Ask I Have to Let You Know My True Feelings.

very expensive for what what delivered

This isn't what was supposed to be delivered. It was supposed to be an ivy pole.

That doesn't look like the quality of arrangements I had anticipated from McShan. I am not speaking of the kind of flowers just the arrangements in itself. McShan provides exceptional floral service and arrangements. This is not!

the rating is low because I placed and order and the picture you sent me had very few blooms and the blooms that there there were brown on the rims. Very disappointing and caused me to have to call for a replacement which cost me time that I did not have. This is not the first time that I or others in my department at BSWH have had to reorder because the quality was bad. I have ordered flowers from McShan for many years and could always trust that it would be quality but I can no longer trust McShan to produce and send quality floral arrangements or plants.

It was not suppose to have any red in it only blue and white.

Are there any birds in the arrangement like in the picture on the website?

I'm disappointed with my order - you guys usually do a great job. Where is the ribbon around the planter & there are no blooms coming from the plant. This looks nothing like the usually plant I order from you guys. For the money I pay -this is not what I expected. Not happy right now.

Boring and average looking. Nothing like the photo that I selected. Disappointed. Could have purchased a big pile of fruit from the grocery store, stuck it in a common basket and saved a lot of money. Won't order this again. The photo was very stylish, and looked like a nice present for my friends. This doesn't.

I have never been disappointed with mcShan, but today I was.. the arrangement I picked out was so beautiful, what was sent didn't look like what I ordered.

The arrangement was to honor a stillborn and his family during this difficult time. The arrangement arrived after the service was over, even after I paid the extra fee and made extra notes in the comments to please be on time. I called to ask where the arrangement was, and the receptionist actually was very aggressive. I asked her to please give me a chance to speak, to at least explain why this is so important. She explained her manager is never wrong. (As I am looking at the confirmation order with all my notes.) Then she tells me... next time just call to place your order, online orders are hard. We have used this Florist in the past... and we were hoping to start using them again as our main florist. It would of been great if the flowers would of arrived on time, without having to deal with a rude receptionist to honor this family.
