Sorry you have missed the mark! This basket appears much smaller than the original one & for the price that is inexcusable!

Way too expensive for a minimal amount of flowers!

Does not look like what I ordered

Very disappointed with the quality and short life of the flowers. Two stars for service and photo. Will not order roses from you again.

While this bouquet is ok in appearance, it has quite a bit more white/yellow and less pink than the online picture shows. The pink is much paler than the pink in the online picture and the overall size is smaller even though I ordered and paid for a deluxe bouquet. There was more greenery in the online picture which helped it to look fuller. I will not order this bouquet again.

No not please with flower arrangement. It's does not appear to have enough flowers that was requested for $350. Looking at the picture it seems that some of the flowers have not bloom. In the past all of the sprays we order from other florists was well put together.

Way smaller then the picture on the website plus we chose the Premium and the size of the plant was still small. NOT happy ☹

Not even close to the picture I ordered from. White roses are the same but that's it. Colors are all different as are the greens.

Disappointed in the flower arrangement. Normally love the flowers I've ordered. These seem to be very minimal and thrown together.

Not at all happy - looks completely different from what I selected. Not sleek like what I picked. The one I chose was easily copied.

Looks very little like the selected arrangement. Selected it because it had a modern flair - this does not at all. Bright daisy totally makes it look cheaper

Its not what was ordered and very disappointed.

I made a poor choice and I am very disappointed. This arrangement is not appealing at all. It may be my laptop because I have ordered several arrangements from McShan and was quite pleased. Not this time. I will order again from McShan but not this particular arrangement.

What a disappointing experience. We paid for a premium upgrade and it looks exactly the same as the stock photo of the standard bouquet. We also paid for it to be delivered to the hospital before 12pm and in fact, I received the email with the photo at 12:17pm AFTER IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. It wasn't even delivered until 2.57pm. I received the email of delivery as I was on hold for 17 minutes on your store line. I hung up at 17 minutes because I'm done wasting my time on this. The flowers that were used seem fine in the picture but definitely not noticeable as a $50 premium upgrade.

Thank you. However, I am very disappointed that there are so few flowers for this cost. Our school colours are blue snd gold. Could you please add a blue helium balloon with the letters “+ 1”? This is actually our fiftieth plus one because due to Covid the fiftieth reunion event was postponed last year. Thank you for your consideration.

Flowers NOT colors I ordered. Arrangement NOt full like previous same order.

The one I saw was different from the one that was delivered but luckily my husband liked it so I will not give a negative rate.

No I didn't like it! It didn't have enough flowers based on how much I was charged.

Was very disappointed. It looks like flowers were left out. We paid $300 and this looks more like a $200 arrangement. This was for a very special lady and we feel let down. McShans has always been our go to florist and has always delivered exceptional arrangements. But this fell very short. Almost to the point where we may go elsewhere next time. I have pictures of them the day of the service and the flowers did open up. But the arrangement still very falls short. I do plan on going in and complaining in person.

The flowers I ordered were fresh and delivered on time as promised. I did have to call two or three times and was put on hold for about 15 minutes or longer. I got so frustrated I just hung up and the next I called it was the same thing. That what I would try to improve on because there other florists that wouldn't keep putting the customer on hold and for such a long time. You could be loosing sales.

It was supposed to blue hydrangeas. not happy for $200 plus dollars you can deliver some to put in the arrangement. I hate with with the white.

Looks quite a bit different than what was ordered on the website. Please see what is pictured compared to this. Not really happy
