for $85 honestly a little disappointed in the appearance

Looks very tiny.

Why do the flowers look dead? Very dull arrangement not at all what it looks like on your website.

I love getting the photo. Don't love the flowers. I asked for something modern and large. It's boring. Don't think the red roses match either. Not a lot of flowers for $100 either.

GOSH, THIS WAS THE DELUXE? DOESN'T LOOK ANY DIFFERENT FROM THE STANDARD. I GUESS I THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE MORE FLOWERS IN IT.

I wish it had more pinks and salmon . I dont like the brown things sticking out of the top.i would like it to be a little more rounded like last years and softer in color. More feminine shades but still with a little more earthier atones than last year. Can you redo?....let me know....thanks....also missing the "Happy Birthday" pick

Carnations are somewhat sparse and hidden behind the banner. Maybe bring carnations out from behind the banner. Thanks

Card/tag is blocking arrangement..

Bouquet was gorgeous, but delivery took close to 6 hours. I'm not happy about that.

A big factor in my liking the "Violets and Butterflies" arrangement shown on your website, is the wicker basket that is long enough to have the violets sit nicely inside it. The basket used ruined the effect that I like.

The roses are beautiful but I asked for clear plastic wrap snd I asked for black snd green ribbon to be tied around the flowers already wrapped around the roses and tied. The green and black ribbons were very Important. I have used McShans for many many years and have never been this disappointed.

I see that there are Sunflowers in the bouquet but it would of been nice if the picture highlighted that. Also the vine flower thing is horridness, distracts and takes away from the wedding bouquet. Truthfully, it doesn't look like a delightful wedding bouquet. I am glad that I wasn't there to see it in person. I do appreciate the on time delivery.

Flowers are not the same colors as advertised——too dark! I've had better arrangements selected and delivered in the past.

This basket is so dark and deary looking. It is not what I ordered. I understand that you need to substitute at times but this is not what I wanted. I ordered the MP83. iI tried to post the picture of what I wanted here but was unable to. The picture showed a light green with airy foliage with purple flowers and ivy and spanish moss. I don't know what greenery you used around the base but it looks wilted /curly in the picture. I even paid extra for the premium arrangement.

For the first time in a long time we were disappointed in this order from McShan's. Wanted more roses and blue hydrangeas. Maybe I wasn't clear enough when I ordered over the phone. The flowers are beautiful-just not what we were expecting.

Love getting pictures did not like the plant, not worth 110 dollars.

I didnt like the fact that I had to call 2 times due to misspelling of words and only 1 balloon when I paid for 2. The balloon that was added was red and to me didnt go with the colors of the flowers. I would have appreciated the same color balloons. I was not happy with this order and think it was NOT worth the money I paid. I was not going to complain due to knowing it wasn't going to matter. But, I got another email asking to rate the order, so I'm doing that! I'm not sure if I will ever use your services again. Unsatified customer!

Flowers: excellent delivered on time! Person taking order 7out of ten. First person on phone when I tried to give date of funeral service : horrible I hung up and called back to talk to someone nice.

I thought for price the ivory would be larger and more of it on the pole I was a little shocked

Sorry you have missed the mark! This basket appears much smaller than the original one & for the price that is inexcusable!

Way too expensive for a minimal amount of flowers!

Very disappointed with the quality and short life of the flowers. Two stars for service and photo. Will not order roses from you again.
