Not as pictured on website. Somewhat disappointed.

Flowers are not the same colors as advertised——too dark! I've had better arrangements selected and delivered in the past.

This basket is so dark and deary looking. It is not what I ordered. I understand that you need to substitute at times but this is not what I wanted. I ordered the MP83. iI tried to post the picture of what I wanted here but was unable to. The picture showed a light green with airy foliage with purple flowers and ivy and spanish moss. I don't know what greenery you used around the base but it looks wilted /curly in the picture. I even paid extra for the premium arrangement.

For the first time in a long time we were disappointed in this order from McShan's. Wanted more roses and blue hydrangeas. Maybe I wasn't clear enough when I ordered over the phone. The flowers are beautiful-just not what we were expecting.

Love getting pictures did not like the plant, not worth 110 dollars.

I didnt like the fact that I had to call 2 times due to misspelling of words and only 1 balloon when I paid for 2. The balloon that was added was red and to me didnt go with the colors of the flowers. I would have appreciated the same color balloons. I was not happy with this order and think it was NOT worth the money I paid. I was not going to complain due to knowing it wasn't going to matter. But, I got another email asking to rate the order, so I'm doing that! I'm not sure if I will ever use your services again. Unsatified customer!

Flowers: excellent delivered on time! Person taking order 7out of ten. First person on phone when I tried to give date of funeral service : horrible I hung up and called back to talk to someone nice.

I thought for price the ivory would be larger and more of it on the pole I was a little shocked

Sorry you have missed the mark! This basket appears much smaller than the original one & for the price that is inexcusable!

Way too expensive for a minimal amount of flowers!

Very disappointed with the quality and short life of the flowers. Two stars for service and photo. Will not order roses from you again.

While this bouquet is ok in appearance, it has quite a bit more white/yellow and less pink than the online picture shows. The pink is much paler than the pink in the online picture and the overall size is smaller even though I ordered and paid for a deluxe bouquet. There was more greenery in the online picture which helped it to look fuller. I will not order this bouquet again.

No not please with flower arrangement. It's does not appear to have enough flowers that was requested for $350. Looking at the picture it seems that some of the flowers have not bloom. In the past all of the sprays we order from other florists was well put together.

Not even close to the picture I ordered from. White roses are the same but that's it. Colors are all different as are the greens.

Disappointed in the flower arrangement. Normally love the flowers I've ordered. These seem to be very minimal and thrown together.

Looks very little like the selected arrangement. Selected it because it had a modern flair - this does not at all. Bright daisy totally makes it look cheaper

I made a poor choice and I am very disappointed. This arrangement is not appealing at all. It may be my laptop because I have ordered several arrangements from McShan and was quite pleased. Not this time. I will order again from McShan but not this particular arrangement.

What a disappointing experience. We paid for a premium upgrade and it looks exactly the same as the stock photo of the standard bouquet. We also paid for it to be delivered to the hospital before 12pm and in fact, I received the email with the photo at 12:17pm AFTER IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. It wasn't even delivered until 2.57pm. I received the email of delivery as I was on hold for 17 minutes on your store line. I hung up at 17 minutes because I'm done wasting my time on this. The flowers that were used seem fine in the picture but definitely not noticeable as a $50 premium upgrade.

Thank you. However, I am very disappointed that there are so few flowers for this cost. Our school colours are blue snd gold. Could you please add a blue helium balloon with the letters “+ 1”? This is actually our fiftieth plus one because due to Covid the fiftieth reunion event was postponed last year. Thank you for your consideration.
