I think the top row of white flowers seem to take away from the look. It's not as nice as what I've seen in the past.

Not enough flowers on lower left side. Needs a ribbon or something. Looks like pink carnations. Needs babies breath or something before sending to funeral home

McShan needs to get a better variety of plants and flowers. I have been using them for years but there is little to choose from on the website.

The yellow sunflowers look wilted and tired. Also, we ordered the "deluxe", not "standard". As I explained to the lady that I placed the order with on yesterday, we want full, vibrant, happy.

I sent a sympathy arrangement to the spouse of a good client that passed away. I was frankly embarrassed by the quality of what was sent. It was not even close in quality to the arrangement in the photo on the website.

Quite honestly I am disappointed in this. It does not look at all like the picture of the confirmation of what I ordered. It should have been fuller and at least had one bloom on it.

Arrangement doesn't look as vibrant or attractive as advertised. Flowers look almost dead. For the price I expected much better quality. The photo sent of arrangement is a nice touch towards customer service however.

I am a little disappointed. I would have liked it to be a little FULLER. That's why we paid for the $125.00 stand-up. (The Potter's House).

I expected more for $75.00. The black vase is ugly. Just being red and green doesn't make it look like Christmas. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with an arrangement. Thanks anyway.

I paid an extra $5.00 dollars to have it delivered before noon. It was well after 1pm when they were delivered. So my wife didn't get to see them until the next day.
