I paid an extra $5.00 dollars to have it delivered before noon. It was well after 1pm when they were delivered. So my wife didn't get to see them until the next day.

Thought I was getting a flower garden. There are hardly any flowers in it and they aren't very pretty. Thought there would be something noticeable for the price. While it is nice, it isn't something that would get noticed. I am disappointed.

I don't know why but the last 2 orders that I've made with you have not turned out to be very desirable. Why would you put such a big bow on this and distract from the poinsettia? I will not order from you anymore. We send my 93 yo mom flowers on every sp

We asked for primarily purple with a small yellow or pink accent; however, it is the opposite where yellow and pink dominate and very little purple is present. The person on the phone was great, helpful, and even asked at the end "mostly purples, right?".

The baby breathes are not distributed evenly in the arrangement. Look at the picture, the whole side is missing them.iseen better and this will be first McShan missed the Mark.

I asked for a round low centerpiece and she confirmed it would be that with orange tapers. In addition I paid $140 for "premium" flowers...I do not see but a few roses and no lilies....Those are my concerns.

I am a bit disappointed. I asked for all shades of pink...light pink and hot pink. For the amount of money spent it doesn't seem like very many flowers. I don't love the purple filler and I requested a basket.

The flowers in this picture barely resemble the picture on your website. The roses on your website have a rich, orange tone to them and these look like plain yellow roses. I also don't see any lilies that have bloomed. Maybe it will look better in person.
