This doesn't closely resemble the picture of the item I was sold

The bouquet featured in the order entry page featured lilies and red roses. This arrangement appears to be mostly pink roses with a few red roses and one lily. Not pleased at all.

Disappointed in the order, not the same quality and appearance as several orders in the past

Much smaller than the medium size gotten before less flowers suppose to be in basket and have pictures of my previous ones hand gotten from the large to the medium one to compare not much effort in this one at all very disappointed but will pay for the non effortless put into it. Didn't receive pic like said had to call then got pic send to me guess explain why I didn't receive the pic.

I am very unhappy with the arrangement. Frankly, other than the base, it looks like something I would pick up at the grocery. Carnations were substituted for roses. On the phone, I was told there would be blue hydrangea but it looks like fern/ I realize it's Valentines weekend but I can't help that my friend's birthday falls on Feb 10. Does this really look like $170 with tax and delivery?

When I arrived to pick my flowers up, they couldn't locate them so I ended up purchasing a dozen peach roses. This design is beautiful; wish they were available. The roses I purchased didn't have a great flow to them. All the 12 roses were in the front and not aligned to my liking, but I didn't have time to ask someone to redo them.

The plant does not look like the picture the plant is not full and looks like it's crooked . I have not seen it at the memorial but I am disappointed. In the picture the whole planter was full?

Spray was sad looking, flowers poorly placed and appeared drooping, tulips were days from opening, and requested words on ribbon wasn't included. You normally produce excellent flowers but this was an expensive disappointment.

This was the worst arrangement I have had delivered from you guys. It just looks sloppy. This would bring me down even more seeing someone sent it to me on the loss of my loved one. Nothing is uplifting about this arrangement, it's so sad looking.

The plant was too skimpy. It was not full enough. The pole was too tall. You could see more pole than plant leaves. I could have had you to add additional plants if I would have known before it was sent out for delivery. The flower container and bow was nice. I have been a customer for over 30 years. This is the first time I wasn't completely satisfied. I will continue to use McShan Florist.

Sudden loss of purple carnaations and Gerber Daisies. Delivered on Friday and wilted by Sunday morning. Should email Cynthia about this.

For the premium package, I was hoping there would have been blooming Lillies. I did request blooming Lillies to make it beautiful.

I was not really very happy. It was very small for over $100. I have always used McShan's.....for many years and have never been disappointed. This time I was kind of embarrassed. I ordered a funeral basket of flowers! I wanted Christmas colors......

I will never order without calling first. was very disappointed this was not a live arrangement.

I always love the arrangements I order from McShan Florist. And I love getting pictures of the actual arrangement that is getting delivered. However, I don't believe this one looks like the picture online.

2/3 star. I asked for an elegant holiday dining table arrangement. This is nice, but carnations are not in my opinion elegant. I paid $180.00 for this…..

We ordered Traditional 24 Red Roses. Photo is not 24 traditional roses.

Sent flowers to an apartment but they didnt read instructions and failed delivery on first day (saying the person didnt work there when clearly it was for someone living at the apartments and not working for them). The re delivered but failed to tell concierge to notify the tenant they had arrived and also failed to confirm the had re-delivered the flowers. Fail

This was $180 and then I got charged another $5 on top of delivery fee to deliver locally in Dallas before noon. It didn't. Come until after 1 pm. To top it off, they called recipient to tell them that and ruined the surprise! I would not be ordering from here again.

The plant is not what I expected for the price. The picture in the website shows a tall plant and very full. This has neither.

Not exactly what we had in mind. Even though this is for Get Well the picture on the web site shows it decorated for Christmas and we were wanting it decorated since it is the holidays.

I ordered the pink on display online but received white.

Im disappointed. The photo on your web page had more flowers not 3/4 fillers and 1/4 flowers. If I had Seen this before I would not have ordered. I got $91.00 worth of greenery and delivery.

The plant was smaller than I expected. The customer service rep said it was a nice size that wasn't true. It was small for the price.

The picture online showed more peach colors and roses, not carnations. Disappointing.
