Sort of disappointed in this "Designer's Choice" arrangement. Other arrangements have more 'design' than this vase. I believe this was to be a $70.00 arrangement. I realize that I called it in around noon, I think.

Went to see the recipient. The bouquet was small even though I paid more for a bigger bouquet, and flowers were already drooping. I have always used McShan for local deliveries. I will have to say, I was disappointed this time.

Some of the yellow flowers didn't survive 2 days. One sided arrangement also.

This is not even close to what I order online. I even ordered Premium so the flowers arrangement should look even more extravagant then the normal version. The picture in which I choose to buy from online had more flowers and leaves. I am truly disappoint

Beautiful arrangement except for what appears to be cut, frayed, and damaged leaves around the edges. I don't see any hydrangeas...maybe one?. Disappointing.

I don't think it looks like a $100 arrangement and I HATE THE WHITE FLOWER , would like it taken out and put more roses or seem orchids or something else looks like it's out of place again IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A $100 ARRANGEMENT I AM NOT HAPPY !

Isn't the "Apple of my eye" arrangement supposed to be red with actual apples mixed in? These are white, and I don't see any apples.

This was the first time that I have been truly disappointed with McShan flowers. The arrangement did not look like the picture. It was about 1/2 or 3/4 of the size that the picture displayed, and just really looked very average. It certainly did not stand

This arrangement did not look at all like the photo from the website. Infact, I paid $25 more for a total of $250 to remove the five carnations. I would like a call back and see what options I have givne the price and quality were not similar.

This was supposed to be a contemporary arrangement. Appreciate the beauty of arrangement and responsiveness of order, but what was delivered was roses and baby breath. This was not a contemporary arrangement.
