The 3 roses in this arrangement do not seem fresh as they are very open with curled petals and probably won't last long; two of the tall blue stems in the back of the arrangement have very little color and don't seem greasy either. I do like the cotton an

We were not happy with the lack of flowers. I ask to have other flowers around the roses instead if was just green. Some of the roses looked wilted too by night. We expected more for the money.

Looks like the traditional style, instead of the contemporary style requested. There are no willow reeds as Shirley said would be.

Very disappointed. I paid for an upgrade and it looks like a $25 arrangement not the $90 I paid for. This is the third time you have disappointed me and I've used your florist for over 30 years. I will be finding another florist.

The arrangement is pretty and I appreciate getting a photo but it does not look anything like the arrangement I ordered. I ordered the McShan SoHo bouquet which is very different from the advertised picture on the site.

My order was not correct it was supposed to be the dendrobium Orchid instead it was mini roses. The order was corrected but they failed to include the bling jewelz in the corsage that I ordered.
