I was charged a delivery fee but had to pick up the flowers myself to make sure my wife got them. I asked that a confirmation email not be sent because she would get the email. She received confirmation email and picture the day before so it ruined the

Sure seems like a very small arrangement for $177. For that amount, 1-800-flowers probably sends a truck-load. I like supporting local businesses, but when the prices get so out of wack, it makes it hard to swallow. Gerry

I did like how easy it was to use your company. But I can't tell exactly how big it is in real life from this picture. But it looks very small for over a $100.

I was a little disappointed in this arrangement. If this is indeed what was delivered the original picture online displayed more Lillies than what's shown here. The arrangement above displays more greenery than anything and for $100+. Not satisfied at

Very disappointed in the roses. The flowers never opened and most were wilted with in a couple of day. Bought a doz from the grocery store 2 days later and they stayed fresher MUCH longer and opened.

I do like getting the photos - The flowers are very pretty - but they do not look like what I ordered which was the Heart of Fall arrangement No. T16T300A, which I ordered two arrangements.

Is that 2 dozen roses? It doesn't look like an $160 arrangement to me. I'm disappointed. These are for my Mom's life-long best friend from her and her 4 adult children and family. I showed the order person a picture of what I expected. We won't be back.

Flowers were perfect upon arrival; however half of the arrangement was wilted by day 2. I order from McShan personally and for my company. I have never been disappointed, but this time I was.

A dozen white roses ordered and delivered on Wednesday. They lasted only three days and had to be thrown out this morning. Terrible quality and longevity. Have purchased grocery store roses that lasted a minimum of five days. Will not order from McShan
